Perfectly located spot , comfortable furnishings with a kitchen fully equipped plus building has super amenities from the gym to the pool and patio with green areas. Loved the views and coffee shop downstairs.

Gorgeous place

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and having the pool/hot tub was perfect after spending our days walking all over the city.

My husband and I plus two preteen grandsons arrived to our exceptional JeffJack apartment last Monday night. Two bedrooms, two full baths, beautifully decorated rooms, nice swimming pool, and fairly convenient to the train. Everything we could possibly need was available. The concierge desk was always open with friendly helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the communication and support Cloud 9.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful property in a nice area of Chicago. Been going to Chicago for years and this has been my favorite place to stay yet. My children loved it (especially the amenities such as the pool conveniently located on the same floor) but it would be an amazing place for a trip with spouse or friends as well. Definitely plan to return!

Great spot, very close to downtown and convenient to Union Station. Super modern, high ceilings, on the same floor as the fitness center, wifi was quick all good

Location and Pool

Beautiful unit. Centrally located for easy exploring all of downtown- loop, west loop, south loop, and river north. Just 2 blocks from Union Station for those coming in from the suburbs. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We had them to ourselves for our entire stay!

Very clean unit with very comfortable bedding. The unit is slightly off the beaten path but I loved how quiet it was, esp in a busy city. We did not use pool or hot tub but the gym was very nice and located on the same floor as the unit. This is my second stay with CLoud9 and it was 5-stars again. They even collected a left item and mailed it back to us!
