We thought the Peppermint Cottage was better than 5 stars in every way. Convenient, very clean, very comfortable, very well located. And Nicole is an excellent and thoughtful host. She has mastered the art of hospitality. Great place!

Beautiful relatively new house in a planned community. Very clean and very well stocked! Beds were very comfortable with front porch feeling like Mayberry RFD. Easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Peppermint Cottage

Friends and I stayed here during a bucket list trip to the Kentucky Derby, and the property and host couldn't have been better. Nicole was awesome, and the property was clean and as advertised. I'd highly recommend this property for any trip to Louisville.

Our second stay at peppermint cottage in as many years. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience. They make you feel welcome and go above and beyond. The area continues to add shops, stores, and food making it an even more delightful destination. One of our favorite spots (ever).

Immaculate Home

Peppermint Cottage was just perfect! It was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need while away from home. Nicole was a super host and close by in case of emergencies. I would highly recommend staying here.

Best VRBO host and location

Wow! Nicole was amazing! Her home was so welcoming and the extra touches she put in were beyond special! The neighborhood had great walkable restaurants and shopping. We hired a chef to come in and that was great too!

Beautiful House

The house was perfect for our family to stay at for a convention. We loved being outside of downtown. The neighborhood is so nice and the house was very clean. She had any and everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable, and she even left snack baskets for us with loads of snacks! We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Our stay at Peppermint Cottage was amazing! Peppermint Cottage was even more warm and welcoming than the beautiful photos posted! In addition, the finer touches Nicole (host) thoughout were above and beyond - welcoming at every turn! Everything a guest would need was available as stated.Restaurants and boutique shopping within walking distance, as well as Peppermint Cottage is within a wonderful walking neighborhood. Nicole (host) was a fantastic host - kind and very responsive. We definitely recommend Peppermint Cottage and definitley look forward to returning!

Great house, great host, great neighborhood!The house had everything we needed from pool towels to very nice pans for cooking. The house was perfect for my family including my 4 yo son. The beds were comfortable, towels clean and soft. Nicole went out of her way to stock the house for our needs and make it special for my son. She provided recommendations in the area and was accommodating with requests. There are restaurants, coffee shops and workout locations within walking distance within Norton Commons and many other local Louisville activities within a 25 minute drive. I highly recommend staying at Peppermint Cottage. There are 2 parking spots just behind the house. It is a two story property so be aware that there are stairs. We’ll be back!

Norton Commons Gem

Peppermint Cottage is a fabulous place to stay. The home is very clean and well stocked and Nicole is easy to communicate with. Norton Commons is a walkable neighborhood but also still conveniently located near the highway if you are traveling elsewhere. We hope to return in the future!

Weekend Getaway

In town for a simple weekend to see family. This place is in a great location and was very clean. I’ve used Vrbo to book all my travels over the last few years. I like to filter my searches for Premier Hosts to ensure best quality. Nicole was by far the best host we’ve ever stayed through. She went above and beyond to make sure our weekend was perfect.
