The house is very unique!! I stayed with my husband and his parents. We had more they enough space and didn’t hear each other at all overnight! House was VERY clean and walking distance from downtown. We walked to downtown Pentwater multiple times during our stay. We plan on coming back next year for sure!

Marina View is a great location. If you are a boater Charlie's Marina, Snug Harbor, and the municipal marina are all within a 3 minute walk. Cenzos grocery is a minute walk. Great location to walk everywhere.Home is well stocked and very clean. Plenty of open areas to gather and the big front lawn is another great gathering place.Thank you!

Great cottage with a great view!

We enjoyed this cottage. The layout was nice and open and the view was great. The owners were very nice. I highly recommend this cottage.

First weekend of summer

We loved our stay here- nice roomy cottage with everything you need. Easy to walk into town and even the beach. We love Pentwater and look forward to future stays here ❤️

Been coming up here for a very long time and this was an amazing location and the hosts are awesome I can’t thank them enough for allowing us into their home just a short walk up town!! Five stars from me

Amazing View & Location

We had a great stay at the Marina View house! Plenty of room, lots of windows, clean, amazing location. One small maintenance issue that the host got fixed quickly. Would stay again next year!

Cute house and great location

We had such a nice stay in Pentwater. The house had everything we needed (plenty of towels, blankets, fans, etc) and was perfectly located within walking distance to town and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in Pentwater again. Thanks!!!

Love Pentwater

We had a great stay and the house was very spacious and accommodating. It was clean and had everything we needed, even when it dipped into the 40's!! My grandchildren had so much fun fishing off Long Bridge and visiting the beach. But too cold to swim!

Beautiful view, perfect location

This was my second time staying here and my friends and I had another wonderful girls weekend. The house is well equipped and comfortable. On the edge of downtown, it's an easy walk to eat and shop. I left my phone behind and the hosts went over and above to send it to me. I would definitely come back.

Great for ladies trip

This place was even better than we had hoped! It had everything we needed for a group of 7. The location is perfect, with the marina across the street and we were able to easily walk downtown for shopping and meals. Great little market right down the block. It was clean and had comfy beds. As one of our ladies pointed out when we arrived "Wow we have a lanai just like the Golden Girls!" These golden girls had a great time.

We had an amazing stay! It was our children’s first visit with our grandchildren and they loved the house! Every need for a wonderful stay was available! The kitchen was filled with anything you would ever need. Beautiful lot and across from the Marina! The host was accommodating In every way! She is very responsive. It was a pleasure working with her to make it an enjoying stay!! ! My family loved this place, and will be back again!

Family vacation

Loved the location and layout of home . We had a few issues that owners fixed immediately which was great. Luckily the weather was cooler we thought it had central air but only one room had air. Hoping to rent again next July

Pentwater Fun

We had a great time renting Marina View. We picked it because we had brought 3 boats up to Snug Harbor Marina and found this place directly across the street from the marina. Place had plenty of space and was clean. Only downside was the AC is not throughout the whole place at this point. We had great cool lake breezes at night though. Fun place to stay if you are going to pentwater! Thanks!!

We stayed at this house for a week with two families, including many little kids. We loved the location and Jane was great as a host! Wonderful communication (fast responses, helpful and flexible) and easy check in/out. We have stayed at many properties in Pentwater and this was was well equipped and clean, but also felt homey like an old beach house should. The space is much larger than the photos show! Eat in kitchen and living room open to a larger dining/Sun room area gave tons of floor space for kids to play. Bedrooms all comfortable and clean, though we all prefer firmer mattresses. Two bedrooms are connected, but also have their own entrances. The second shower is VERY small but still helpful to have. Laundry is in the basement, not an issue for us, but worth noting. Water had an unpleasant taste to us city folk, but they had a filter on the kitchen tap that helped for drinking water. We took advantage of the corn hole set and outdoor fire pit areas, both a great bonus!Overall a great experience and would rent here again!!
