Great spot for a golf vacation or just enjoy sunny skies and fabulous golf course views from this comfortable, charming 2 bedroom condo with screened porch overlooking the 18th fairway at Prescott Golf Club. Two TV's, DVD & CD player. Wifi, Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps. Attached garage. 5 minutes to Prescott Valley shopping & dining; 20 minutes to historic downtown Prescott; Vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, skylights, fully furnished, complete kitchen for your family's fun and relaxation. Repeat guests will notice new wood-look vinyl plank flooring adding to the charm and warmth of this home. King bed, 2 twins, queen pull-out sofa, sleeps 6 comfortably. Prescott Golf Club offers reasonable public greens fees; Redwoods Grill features inside and patio dining. Short walk from the condo to the clubhouse and practice area. 80 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 77 minutes to State Farm Stadium, 1 hour to Sedona, 50 minutes to Cottonwood, 2 hours to the Grand Canyon. This has been a family vacation home for 25 years, recently refurbished. 4-day minimum. Weekly, monthly, early bird discounts.
For parking please note the garage is 17' long and will accommodate a 15' SUV or a 4-dr compact pickup with mini-bed but not a 4-dr pickup with a regular bed (ex Dodge Ram).

This property is very clean & comfortable. We especially enjoy the golf course views and spending time enjoying the cool weather in the screened in porch. The host is very prompt and personable with her communications. The location is perfect for exploring Prescott and the surrounding areas. We will definitely plan to stay again!

They have a garage for your use with door opener. The place was exactly what they said it was going to be. We sat out on the screened in porch in the morning, admiring the mountain view and watched people walking their pets along with the golfers. Would recommend it.

We spent 4 days in this lovely golf course condo. The screened in porch was just perfect to watch the golfers and residents walking their dogs on the paths. Two large trees were home to many birds so did some birdwatching too. It was such a peaceful and quiet area. The garage was very large and accommodated our Toyota Highlander comfortably. The garage door opener was very nice to have. There are two guest parking spaces across from the garage that were very handy. The sheets and towels were top quality. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this condo for a stay in the Prescott area.

Nice, comfortable accommodation. Condo was very well stocked. Nice views of the 18th fairway.

Excellent accommodations. Property was very well maintained and clean. The location and area was safe too. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling through the area.

We love the great location only 90 minutes from Phoenix and very easy to get to.

Everyone comments on the setting and golf course views. Even non-golfers will enjoy watching golfers walk by with the Bradshaw Mountains as a backdrop.
