Great location! Perfect for our family, my som loved the bunk beds. Great location and easy parking! Wish the beach wasn't as packed, but its middle of summer.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with our stay at this condo at Rosemary Beach. We had a very minor issue with our check-in, but the host Chelsie was prompt with answering our questions and needs and helped us quickly. The condo was the perfect place for a girls weekend; it was clean, plenty of space, and location was great! We love the area and had a great time exploring for the first time. We will definitely be visiting again.

The location is amazing! The condo is clean, spacious, and walkable or bikeable to everything, with bike rentals right downstairs. It’s above Starbucks, but the condo also has several coffee-making options, and the nearby crepe shop is perfect for breakfast. The pool is just steps away, and the electric tuk-tuk shuttle to the beach was a fantastic bonus - especially since the owners provide 2 beach chairs. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our girls’ weekend at the beach! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and contained all the essentials. It’s in a great location and easily walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The host was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. I highly recommend this property for your weekend getaway on 30A!

The condo was great! Perfect size. Clean. SUPERB LOCATION!! Everything we needed for our short stay. The host was amazing! We had an issue with a light and communication was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again! 11/10!

Chelsea was very welcoming, even left us a bottle of wine. We appreciated the coffee as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was perfect to be able to walk everywhere we needed.

Great place and great location!

We had a great time here with our family and babies. The tram was fantastic to the beach and the pool was wonderful for kids. The place was clean and had everything we needed and Chelsie went above and beyond to accommodate our timing and check in needs. I would highly recommend this place.

Walking distance to everything Rosemary Beach has to offer. Comfortable & clean beds. Family enjoyed our stay & host was very responsive to any questions. It can be noisy during the day since youre right on 30A and above storefronts but they do observe quiet time at night. Tram to the beach was nice.

Fantastic location!! Walkable to a lot of stores and restaurants. Music every night from 6-9. Bikes available to rent for the day. The access to the beach is a 10 minute walk. The location of the pool was a 3 minute walk from the condo. The condo was very nice. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and a book telling us about the area. Everything you might need was there. The host Chelsea was very responsive to answers to questions we might have had. Very family friendly atmosphere everywhere we went. Highly recommend

So much fun on 30 A

We had a really great time. 2 adults, 4 teenage girls, and 1 eleven year old boy. There was plenty for everyone to enjoy. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere. The condo had everything we needed. We would return.

Slice of Heaven

My family of 5 stayed here a week and it was perfect. Plenty of room and storage so it didn’t feel like we were living out of our suitcases. Beds were comfortable and accommodating for my 3 kids but could have slept even more if they brought friends. Everthing was as stated in the description and it was very clean. This location is right in the mix yet private enough if you want to just relax on the balcony for a quiet night. Beach is right across the street and plenty of restaurant options that unless you want to explore other areas,you’ll never have to drive. I wish we had one more week there, it was a slice of heaven! The host was very communicative and responsive, so very sweet! Highly recommend!!!!

Late-March Getaway with Small Kids

The property was centrally located with access to tons of restaurant and retail choices just steps (or a short bike ride) away. (We rented bikes our first day and used our rental car for one restaurant visit and a grocery run.) We took advantage of the beach shuttle once but (with our two small kids) were able to walk to and from the beach with no problem. The beach was definitely crowded, but we always managed to find a spot and had a great time. After the beach, we enjoyed pool and hot tub time and were grateful for the heated option on the days when there was a slight chill in the air. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful—I’d definitely recommend!

Great location!

You are close enough to everything in the village and yet far enough away from the noise when town center is busy. The beach is a close enough walk or catch the tram. Only negative was the bed comfort. My 30 y/o son said he even woke up in he middle of the night to see if someone had placed a door under the sheets. Our master bed was just as hard. When spending this kind of money you really expect the mattresses to be a higher quality and we like firm but not hard. The bed linens and bath linens were very nice though. Overall we had a great time but when you don’t sleep well the whole time it can put a damper on things.

John, I certainly do try my best to keep ALL my guest satisfied . Unfortunately, bed comfort is such an individual preference and hard to hit the nail right on the head, with such a variety of guests. Some like really soft . Some like firm . So we decided to meet in the middle & choose “Medium” These mattresses are not “ Firm “ cause me or my family can not sleep on hard mettresses. So I would not have selected that either. I don’t know if you took the time to take the mattress cover off . These are high quality mattresses. And I had consulted an individual that specialize in high end hotels. That’s responsible for purchasing items for comfort for these hotels . Which include linens and mattresses .I selected 5* But unfortunately not to your liking.

We had the best time and loved this property! The location is great, check in was the smoothest ever, the condo is beautiful and the host was really responsive to questions before and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
