Look no further for your family beach vacation than Beachside Village. Situated 2.5 miles past the West End of the Sea Wall in Galveston, Texas. The neighborhood feels far away from the busy area of the island. However, its close enough to conveniently enjoy all of the shopping, restaurants and entertainment of that the island has to offer. This community tends to have a sleepier beach and that makes it the perfect location for families to enjoy. This home is fully equipped in every capacity. It is the sweetest home base to enjoy in between experiencing all the fun Galveston has to offer! 

This home has four covered decks that span the width of the home and are accessed by the living room, main hallway, guest room 2 and 3, and the upstairs master bedroom.

BOTTOM LEVEL:
Parking for 5 cars on the property located under house and in driveway (no parking on the street)
Fully equipped Beach Activity wall
Private outdoor Shower
Grill Area (Propane)
Tons of shaded space to catch a break from the sun on the swings or a place to play on a rainy day. Use the water hose and fill up one of the pools provided so the kids can swim in the shade
Access to the greenbelt which allows plenty of room to play games.
The greenbelt will take you that you straight to the beach.

SECOND FLOOR:
Open floor plan that includes two seating areas; Dining table comfortably seats 14 and the Kitchen island seats 4.
Main floor Master suite with private walk in shower perfect for Grandparents to stay.
Powder bathroom
Work room: You will love being able to stock the second refrigerator in the home with drinks or popsicles for the kiddos, do some laundry, utilize the large desk (if you must bring your work with you) or even do a little dance because this room is so spacious.


THIRD FLOOR:
Guest Bed 2: Equipped with a queen bed, closet and en-suite including a tub shower.
Guest Bed 3: Equipped with a king bed and closet.
Bunk room: Perfect for kiddos but adults love this room too! Two fulls below with two
XL twins above. Sizable bathroom featuring walk-in shower and plenty of storage. This bathroom is perfect for both bedroom 3 and the bunk room guests to share.
TV and hang out room located just outside the bunk room.
Master Bedroom: Massive sized room with private balcony featuring the perfect view of the Gulf. The master en-suite bath features a walk-in closet, soaking tub and oversized walk in shower.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Pillow Bar Pillows on all beds.
Sound machines in each bedroom.
Smart televisions for you to stream or screen mirror in each bedroom and cable is in the upstairs master bedroom and living room.
Guests are pampered with Aveda bath products.
Security cameras at exterior entry points.
Guests may use the elevator or what we like to call "the aquarium" to take bags up and down and for those who need help with the stairs. The aquarium elevator is not for kids to play with.

We have an electric four seater golf cart available for additional charge upon request. This is great for those who need help getting to the beach access and touring community. Golf cart use is only allowed to be used within Beachside Village and not allowed on the beach or FM3005.
