We were in Destin for a beach wedding, so only there for a short period of time. The condo met our basic needs and access to the pool and beach worked out great. This is an old property so is a bit dated.

We booked this property for the location coming from Dallas to Destin. The host was communicative and replied quickly.The stay itself did not match the price. The place was not very clean, and we saw cockroaches. In one room the light switch didn’t work, so there was no light, and a lamp was also broken.What I disliked most: at almost 400 a night, guests are expected to wash towels, mops, and dishes. I’ve never seen that at this rate.I would not stay here again. The location is convenient, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and house rules don’t justify the cost

This was a great place with a short walk to beautiful beach with umbrella and two chairs included. Three adults were very comfortable with the space. It was very clean with well stocked kitchen and enough consumables for the week. The host, Patrick, kindly accommodated our one special request.

This is my personal vacation home. I've owned it for many years and keep it clean and updated. Very private yet right in the heart of Destin (see map). Just as quiet and peaceful as the day I bought it! Drive right up to the front door and unload your car (no elevator hassle). Short 3 minute, 200 yard walk to the beach. 290+ positive reviews on VRBO.

You will work directly with me before, during and after your stay. No middleman which typically adds $100’s to the total rental fee. Be sure and look at the total charge (right below the nightly rate) when comparing condo charges.
