Seaside was great to work with. A few minor issues upon arrival, but Seaside worked hard to correct all. Overall would definitely recommend this property. Wonderful family vacation home

Lovely off-season stay for 2 families

The house is spacious and comfortable for a large family get together. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and proximity to the beach and shops. There is some noise from traffic but we got used to it. It's well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Memories Made

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. Many memories were made, the best part was my 85 year old Aunt joining us and loving the memories. The house was exactly as you see in the pictures, very spacious with many areas for the family to come together and have their own space. The customer service and communication was great, from booking to check out.

More than adequate for our party of 9.

Property was very comfortable despite the extreme cold of this Christmas season. King sized beds were comfortable, and a plus, as was the game room, hot tub, well-furnished kitchen, modern appliances, etc. TV access was a problem and should be better explained prior to rental or check-in. Other than that, this was a very comfortable rental, and we would consider it again.

Perfect vacation house

6 adults spent thanksgiving week together… 2 families met there. We had a great time and the house was perfect. Cozy enough but gave us all space too! Location was perfect… close enough to walk to the beach and drive to the many restaurants we wanted to try. House was ready before check in time, clean and ready to settle in. Kitchen and living area was nice for the thanksgiving week where lots of cooking was happening and we could be included in the visiting. Kitchen was not what I’d say was “fully stocked” but we had enough of the necessities to make it work. Thank you for sharing your house!

Missing basic toilets

Ther was one roll of toilet paper for 5 bath rooms. No trash bags. Check out at 9:00 was a like early. When check in was at 5:00!!! House was clean. With big bedrooms. No shower in master bedroom on 3rd Why do you have to make up the beds and break them down too. The cleaning should do one of them especially when you pay as much as we do. Over all nice house.

Hello Gary, We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at Sandy Feet Retreat and would love to host you and your family again. We are sorry you were not happy with the check in/out times and amenities provided. We try to make sure our guests are made aware of those before they arrive with our pre-arrival emails. This lets our guests know we only provide a starter kit and beds are not made. There is also a list of items we suggests our guests bring like toilet paper and trash bags. Our check in time is 5pm but we are happy to check our guests in early if the house ready. I see that this home was ready early on your check in day and a text was sent that morning. Please give our office a call if there is anything else we can do for you or if you have any other feedback.
