The Kitchen

KushKations Sativa is equipped with an open kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. The kitchen compliments family style gatherings. The 2 tables & 4 benches are lightweight enough to maneuver, & perfect for hosting large groups. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving, your kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware & dinnerware. Perfect for any chef to entertain during your KushKation stay.

The Living Area

The living area is perfect for handling multiple guests. Lounge on the 7 seater Ashley furniture sectional while watching your favorite team. The room comes equipped with a 50' flat screen TV. The area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to gameday events & more!

The Bedrooms

KushKations Sativa features 6 bedrooms with 13 total beds. 4 of the bedrooms are king beds & the other 2 bedrooms feature 2 full size bunk beds in each room. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms both featuring king-size mattresses. The 2 bedrooms beside the arcade room feature a King size bedroom, & a bedroom with 2 full size bunk beds & a twin mattress. Both of these bedrooms feature their own climate control separate from the house. The bottom floor features 1 king bedroom, & the final bedroom containing 2 full size bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32' TV, hangers + laundry baskets, & luggage holder. The king bedrooms feature an office desk, & chair. Privacy is key & guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.

The Bathrooms

KushKations Sativa boasts 2 freshly renovated stylish bathrooms.The upstairs bathroom features a beautiful vanity complimented with a modern gold plated bathroom sink & matching faucet. The downstairs bathroom features a sharp red modernized sink with a luxury stand up shower. Guests can find hair dryers, lush towels, & shower accessories like shower gel & shampoo located in the bathrooms. Freshen up before you explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathrooms.

The Arcade Room

Entertain your guests with 3 Retro Arcade gaming machines, & a mini hoop basketball game in the Arcade room! The arcade room is the perfect spot in between the backyard & the kitchen to keep guests entertained. From pac-man to street fighter the arcade room is a blast to the past!

The Pool Room / Theater Room

Host guests, kick back, & enjoy the 420 propaganda themed pool room & theater room. The pool room comes equipped with a brand new pool table, a bar area perfect for crafting cocktails, & a 50 inch roku tv. Adjacent to the pool room is a 6 seater reclining theater room with another 50 inch roku tv & a fresh popcorn machine. Guests can stream by logging in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home. These rooms are designed to entertain large groups & perfect for your stay.

The Backyard

KushKations Sativa features a private enclosed backyard with a 6 seater HOT TUB, propane gas grill, & 2 hanging egg chairs. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. The backyard also features an outdoor movie projector & firepit. Guests can also entertain at the dining table under the gazebo. Utilize the hot tub & backyard to unwind under the stars & truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, the hot tub provides year round relaxation for guests.
