Location , location, location. To say the least this place was convenient to all of the places we had on our agenda. Beach, Jacksonville University, food and shopping. Oh and across the street from the apartments where my granddaughter lives. Pet friendly too! We would definitely stay here again.

Cute older house, had everything we needed for a couple nights in Jax for my nieces engagement party. Newer mattresses were very comfy, lots of extra towels and even toilet paper was supplied which was nice we didnt have to run right out to the store. Really nice park close by with beach access. Would stay again

This was our second stay at this house. It’s a perfect location for us. Very very comfortable home and dog friendly. Beautiful backyard.

Happy away from home

I’ve rented a lot of places over the south east and me it was one of the places myself & family enjoyed very much. A great place to bring your family.

Great stay

Quiet neighborhood, fully fenced backyard was private and great with my dogs! The house was well stocked, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Kent is a very responsive host!

What a nice stay!

Our family came to see my son compete in the Regional Track & Field Meet to qualify for Nationals, which was held at UNF. There were 7 of us and the property was just right for us! We would stay at this location again.

Cute updated house, very clean with comfy beds! Close to Fleet Landing and Hanna Park/Beach access and seafood restaurants. Great communication with host.

Florida engagement

Kents place was amazing. We visited for a surprise proposal and the house had everything we needed to celebrate the evenings after long days at the beach.

Highly recommended

Great place to stay in Atlantic Beach. Close to beautiful Hanna Park and Beach. Very comfortable, spacious and clean house, well equipped. The pool table was a big hit for our group of 6. The owner's instructions and messages were very clear and helpful.

Family party in Atlantic Beach

Super clean. Great backyard for our dogs. Good location, easy on or off the A1A. The owner was very responsive and super helpful. Bonus: great garage party room with a pool table.

Family Event

We've been visiting Jax for the past 10 years to visit our son. This house is in the perfect location and has all the amenities needed for a convenient stay. The backyard is large and great for our furry family members. Definitely recommended.

This was an absolute 5 star stay. The house was on a corner lot and spacious. Very clean. The sound system in the game area was a huge plus. I love the area and the little neighborhood. My mom and i walked around and met the neighbors behind us and they were super nice and even gave us some plants to take back to GA. The beds we comfortable. The shower pressure in the hall bathroom was AMAZING! Ken was fantastic with communicating before, during and after our stay. Perfect spot. Highly recommend.

Peaceful comfort!

Atlantic Beach Basecamp is a fabulous home located close enough to the beaches, yet in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. This home has very nice ammenities and a great backyard space! We look forward to coming back soon! You will find your host, Kent, is very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Definitely a fantastic vacation home!

Beautiful home just a short drive to the beach at Hannah Park. The pups loved sniffing around the backyard. Nice to sit out back after coming back from the beach. We grilled out two nights we were there. Comfy beds, nice shower and with great water pressure, and we loved sitting in the garage playing pool with the garage door open on a nice spring evenings. My only suggestion is more seating in the living room. No way for 5-people to watch TV comfortably. We had to pull a chair from the dining room.

Nice getaway!

The house was super cute and clean and it had everything we needed. A huge plus was the garage with the pool table, we spent a good bit of time out there. Neighborhood was safe and nice to take a walk in. Backyard great space to play cards and have coffee. There were even board games! Brach was close by car and beach towels and chairs were provided. All in all it was a great trip at a very reasonable price.!
