We had an amazing stay! The outdoor patio was absolutely spectacular and quickly became our favorite place to relax. The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and private. The game room was a huge hit with everyone and provided hours of entertainment. This was the perfect place for our family, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and well-located getaway!

Amazing Vacation

My wife and her uncle and I stayed here for three nights and had an amazing experience. She talked about all the details and extras that this place had for us. We will be back again. Short drive from our home in Forney and we will return for a fall trip or early winter.

Spacious, fun, conveniently located lakehouse

Group had tons of room for sleeping, eating, and having fun playing activities and games. House was neat, clean, orderly, and provided guests with more than expected. Recommendations from owners for boat rental and dining were top-notch, and our communication with the owners was smooth & easy. Would definitely book again for group in the future.

My First Time

This was my first time to stay at a VRBO property - or anyplace other than a hotel - and it was great. The property was very nice - great kitchen for preparing and sharing meals - and the hosts were very responsive. The only way it could have been better is if it was 100 miles closer to our home in Houston:-). Thank you Texoma Stays and Michael and Tiffany.

Awesome weekend!

The hosts were exceptional! I had questions several times and they got right back to me immediately. We had personal issues that week but our decision to complete our stay was the right one for our family. The amenities fit us, brought the ages together as we had from 6-76 year old guests it was great to hear the laughter and joy as they all interacted with each other. A great big Thank You to our hosts for making it possible.

Centerpiece of a great family vacation!

As great as the pictures and on line info were, it was still a shock to see this property in person. Wow! Beautiful setting in the trees, less than a mile to the swim beach, close to marinas. The home is in great condition with so many pluses it’s hard to describe. The host was super responsive when we did have questions. We had a few different family groups over for one dinner or another and the first and last thing everyone said is “this place is incredible!!” Many thanks to our wonderful hosts—thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Christmas with family and friends

Kelly and Michael are amazing hosts. The house was great! The winter storm Elliot knocked out the hot water. But, Michael jumped on it and had it back online before we got there. The original group was going to be just 10 of us. At almost the last minute, we added two more and there was plenty of room. The game room was well used. And we watched movies in the evening. It was a Merry Christmas.
