CASA PERLA. Basta aprire la porta e realizzare il tesoro che si trova oltre. Questa è la tregua romantica perfetta per due o il lusso privato per uno. Il soggiorno genera un grande romanzo nella comoda sedia in pelle di fronte al camino Kiva o per una maggiore aria fresca apri le portefinestre al giardino privato per prendere il sole, cielo blu e cene all'aperto. Nascosta è la camera da letto matrimoniale con la meravigliosa pace e tranquillità che può venire solo dalle tradizionali spesse mura di adobe. Ultimo ma non meno importante, il bagno incontaminato con una doccia a pioggia che ogni uomo di 6 "5" adora! È così complicato che non vorrai nulla, compresi gli elettrodomestici Subzero, Bosch e Wolf nella cucina ben attrezzata.

Goditi le cose più belle della vita. Wonderful Place, Wonderful Time

I just spent a terrific week at Casa Perla. A group of my college classmates meet each summer in Santa Fe for opera, hiking and (too much) eating. This year, I stayed at Casa Perla, which is perfectly located within easy walking distance of both Canyon Road and the Plaza. Caroline is a thoughtful and gracious host, highly knowledgeable about new restaurants, galleries and the other great places Santa Fe has to offer. Casa Perla is remarkably quiet despite its central location, with very high end amenities and a beautiful, spacious patio. We had a great time. I can’t wait to return.

Fabulous Location

We loved staying at Caroline's casita. It was great to have the extra room and a washer/dryer and the bed was wonderful, We hiked for miles, ate lunch at Tune Up grill, dinner at Boca and Paloma.

The patio opens up the house for a cool glass of wine, wonderful dining, and a delightful workspace if you must! The best location for a walkabout in the historic district or to shopping and restaurants. You can't go wrong.

It was a joy having this couple come to celebrate a birthday. It was all a matter of knowing how they wanted to enjoy their stay in Santa Fe, listening to their comments and questions and being able to translate that to the perfect house. That is just one of the important services of Aqui Santa Fe.

Nice stay

Fireplace doesnt draw right is only down side, u have to crack the door and it was 30 out. Location is easily walkable to downtown and has off street parking large enough for a van. Was very nice stay.

We are glad our guests enjoyed their stay despite the quirks sometimes found in old Santa Fe homes. The traditional kiva fireplaces pose a challenge sometimes and the note at the fireplace explains this. That said, I am always happy to assist in any way I can. Just give me a call. I know most of the tricks.

Casa Perla is situated in the heart of Santa Fe and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and galleries. The property is cozy with both kiva and patio for summer or winter stays. The hostess was attentive to all of our needs. We loved our time there! Thank you.

Perfectly Appointed Retreat

Casa Perla is beautifully appointed and up to the standards of those who appreciate luxury linens and a Wolf range. We had everything we needed for a restful stay. And the private patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the high desert air and sun shine. Bonus points for off street parking and an easy walk to the Plaza. We will be back!

Gorgeous property in the perfect location for walking to Canyon Road, the Plaza, and the Railyard area. Stylish but not fussy, this beautifully appointed home has everything you need to enjoy your time in Santa Fe, including a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend! !!

Casa Perla is PERFECTO!

Casa Perla quickly felt like home to us and our two pups during the Christmas holiday. Everything you need is available and ready for you when you arrive and our property host was outstanding. We had a lovely gift basket full of goodies when we arrived and we thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to amazing restaurants and shopping, all in walking distance to this amazing casita. Leaving was hard but we will be back again.

Cozy Santa Fe Retreat

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely autumn stay at Casa Perla. It was everything described and more! We found it well-appointed, cozy, and within walking distance to most of the heart of Santa Fe where we spent our time. Caroline also provided a helpful binder full of recommendations for dining, shopping, attractions, and everything else one could think of. We loved every minute and look forward to returning soon!

Great location and property for two!

Perfect location for walking to The Plaza or Canyon Road. Loved the kitchen and private patio! Perfect space for 2. The shower and toilet backed up, but host was helpful in reaching resolution before the day was out. We hope to be back!

The fun part was spending time with these guests while fixing the plumbing. .......there is no getting around unexpected plumbing problems. Casa Perla- perfectly adorned casita

My husband and I booked Casa Perla for a weekend getaway! We have been to Santa Fe numerous times and this was our favorite place to stay! The location was perfect and a quick walk to both Canyon Road and the Plaza. Parking was right out front and incredibly convenient. Furnishings were comfortable and we got great use of the Kiva. Perfect Spot!

This is a beautifully appointed property. Amenities are top notch and the decor sophisticated. On a practical level, there is dedicated parking and an easy walk to the Plaza. On a personal level, the homeowner was generous and communicative. We felt well cared for. The lovely private patio is a cherry on top

Fantastic Location

This is by far the most fabulous place to stay to see historic Santa Fe. 1.5 mile walk to plaza, canyon road and historic Cathedral Basilica of St Francis. So much to do and to see. This place was very well stocked with a very comfortable bed, soft linens and towels. Wonderful kitchen. We will return!

All sounds good except CASA PERLA is only 2 blocks from the Plaza...... not 1.5 miles. It is always and easy and enjoyable walk!

Quaint casita walking distance to Plaza

This casita has all the modern amenities to make a stay in Santa Fe highly comfortable, yet has all the charm of a quaint and comfortable adobe casita. The proximity is close enough to walk to the Plaza, yet just far enough away to be peaceful. A thoughtful book of restaurants to enjoy, sights to see, maps, calendars of events and activities is on the premises which helped acquaint us with items of interest. I would highly recommend this property for a comfy stay in Santa Fe.

The first sentence describes exactly what we tried to design in the renovation of this casita. We spared nothing as we wanted top of the line appliances, plenty of storage in the kitchen, a lovely bath with the exquisite granite as a focus of color. Now it is up to our guests to enjoy. The "Silent Concierge" is a part of every AQUI home to guide you through myriad restaurants, shopping, things to do and day trips. Perfect home for a Santa Fe getaway

We just had the pleasure of a 10-night stay here, and can't wait to return. Exceeded expectations. Super cute property with a sense of place and modern updates/appliances. Perfect location - we walked everywhere - to the plaza, canyon road, the river trails. Also ideal for dogs, large enough outdoor patio for them to hang out, plenty of room in the bedroom for their crate, and close to the park/trail. Caroline was helpful and responsive. We were sad to leave!

Casa Perla is my pride and joy. In 2009, it was a tiny garage and shed with a undernourished apartment tucked in between. Architectural drawings and a great contractor brought it to life for all of you to enjoy. The before and after photo are at the house. It was quite a transformation!
