We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negatives were the carpet and couch are looking worn but not to a degree that I wouldn't stay here again.

We had 10 staying and everyone had a comfortable bed, it was quiet and allowed everyone to relax. We were focused upon Idaho Falls specifically, but not far from anywhere, and we’d stay again!!

What an amazing house! 6 bedrooms worked perfectly for my family. The master suite was large with our own bathroom. I love that the other bedrooms had queen beds, perfect for my children and their families. There were toys for the littles to play with. And they had discount passes for Bear World! My grandchildren loved going there. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this home as a home base for our son’s wedding, and it was perfect! The house was comfortable, the beds were great, and the location was quiet and convenient.We accidentally left a bridesmaid dress behind, which was a little stressful since we had a second reception the following weekend. The owners were incredibly proactive and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we received the dress in time for the next wedding.We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent communication!

Awesome Family Vacation

The place was very clean upon arrival. It is very spacious and very comfortable. Everyone loved it from our 6 year old to my sixty year old parents.

Convenient and roomy!

One of the best VRBO experiences in all of our years of using this business. There was plenty of room for our four generations to gather. We were welcomed with a generous gift basket. Everything was so clean, and there were beds for 16 people. Great location in a safe neighborhood.

Large family vacation

Wonderful home , quiet neighborhood, roomy, clean, kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Nice backyard. Great communication from host , answered multiple questions prior to arrival and worked out a need we had with her HOA. Highly recommend

Great Home Base

This property has an excellent combination of common space and private space. The kitchen/family room area has a large table and plenty of seating, so a larger group can eat and socialize together. The six bedrooms are wonderful people can get their own space for sleeping or some quiet time. It is a clean, comfortable, well-kept space and a backyard for play time. Hosts had great communications and were very responsive.

Last minute get away!

Beautiful spacious home with lots of room for everyone to have their own private space. 3 bathrooms made it nice since we had 7 females and one male. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and not far from town! A wonderful place and location. Property manager was very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions we had and any last minute accommodations that we needed. Highly recommend to anyone needing this kind of space near Idaho falls!

They called me to charge me more for cleaning when they are already charging it, they are charging the insurance for damages that were not done, the soccer table was already broken, the patio table was not touched and they are charging the refrigerator, we did not break it, the sheets of TRUE ??? that they don't wash and change them before renting to other people, they are charging for the sofa in full, if you want to remodel your house, don't blame those who rent it

Giovanni, thank you for your concern about my VRBO. I'm deeply saddened that neither of us had a good experience this time. I truly pride myself in providing a five star experience for each and every one of my guests. I would like to think that during your stay you sincerely had a wonderful, well cared for place and I met all your hosting expectations. So much so that I accommodated your last minute request the night before you were checking out to extend your stay an extra day. I hope you enjoyed the freshly laundered bedding with chocolates left on your beds and the fresh clean scent from the moment you open the door. I'm glad you thoroughly enjoyed your welcome basket that I left for you as I do for all my guests. Unfortunately, the standard cleaning fee charged by my housekeeping staff does not include picking up soiled diapers left in the corners of several rooms, something brown smeared and dried into the basement carpet, cans of soda spilt and left on the carpet, bloody meat remnants in the fridge, picking up several games from all 2700 square feet of the house, or scrubbing grease from the vinyl siding, when we specifically requested the grill be moved away from the home and you agreed. I truly do want to provide each of our guests with a great experience which is why we provide a few extra things like a reclining sofa, foosball table, grill, and family games, and expect it to be in great shape for the next guest. Unfortunately, these items were not left in great shape. Once again, I'm sorry that these common courtesies were not made clear, and I appreciate the input to provide a better experience for future guests.

It was in an excellent location for what we needed, good price, nice place and would highly recommend to anybody in need. The only setback was the Google map trying to get to it with its address was not working so I had to count the numbers to find it about a quarter mile away from where the link was sending us, but that happens with map system often times and not sure what can be done about it other than share the actual location?not the homes problem.

Great for our big Family

We really enjoyed this home in a quiet neighborhood in Idaho Falls. All of our family had plenty of space and privacy with so many bedrooms and areas to relax. It was very clean and the owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
