A great apartment clean and luxurious with a large open kitchen. It had everything needed and the location is perfect. Everything is walking distance with bars, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. Great host, very responsive and I can definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great location for a fun stay in Medellin

The apartment is well done and well equipped. The location is in the middle of it all and there is street noise so expect that. The washer and dryer and AC all worked perfectly. I felt secure during my visit. The only surprise upon arrival is that the building does not have an elevator so stairs are in your future. Even with the stairs, I would stay again.

Great stay in El Poblado

The area was right in the middle of El Poblado and La Provenza which was fantastic! The apartment was absolutely stunning and matched exactly what was posted online. My only slight issue was that the AC's didn't work well enough to cool the apartments or the bedrooms so there were a lot of sweaty nights but still better than no AC. Nonetheless, Mike the host was great, very communicative and helpful. I'd 100% recommend staying here.

It was great having you. And I looked forward to having you anytime. Apologize about the AC, I wish you had let me know there was a problem while you were here but I had it serviced and now there are also 4 ACs in the apartment so its very cool. Come back anytime.

This was honestly a bad choice for our stay. The apartment is inside a residential building, and neighbors constantly complained about noise, which made it uncomfortable to even have normal conversation. The couch was dirty, the floor and rug didn’t look clean, and overall the place didn’t feel well maintained.The bathroom shower door wouldn’t stay closed, and I almost cut my toe on the corner while using it, which felt unsafe. One of the biggest problems is that the apartment is connected to a rock-and-roll nightclub that stays open until around 4–5 AM every night, so it was very loud and hard to sleep.There is also no hot tub on site, even though the listing made it seem like there would be amenities. There’s no doorman or security, and the entrance setup doesn’t feel very safe, especially at night. The location is in a popular area, but the unit itself is at the end of the hill and didn’t feel secure.The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows didn’t seem freshly washed. Overall, I would not stay here again. There are cleaner, safer, and better options nearby, especially further up the hill

Unfortunately, from time to time, a guest will leave a retaliatory review after being reminded of house rules. We encourage future guests to read all reviews and compare this review with the others left by guests who have stayed in this apartment. This apartment was recently renovated, and the overwhelming majority of guests have had very positive experiences. During this stay, there were multiple violations of clearly stated house rules, including issues involving noise, partyiny, guest conduct, unauthorized visitors, and repeated failures to communicate despite numerous attempts to reach the guest. One example involved complaints from building administration regarding the guest walking through common areas in only his underwear. After multiple messages went unanswered, we were forced to knock on the apartment door to address the issue directly. Similar communication difficulties arose throughout the stay whenever house rules needed to be discussed. Despite these challenges, we went out of our way to assist the guest and his brother. When his brother arrived late at night without local currency, we personally helped him obtain food and covered the cost after being assured that the money would be repaid before departure. It never was. Nevertheless, we continued to treat both guests courteously and professionally throughout their stay. Given the circumstances, we believe this review was motivated by resentment over the enforcement of house rules rather than an accurate representation of the apartment, its condition, or the hospitality we provided. Future guests are encouraged to consider the property's history of positive reviews when evaluating this isolated review. The property is newly renovated and in an amazing location, walking distance to supermarkets, gyms, bars, clubs, restaurants, park Lleras ans provenza.
