CR132 Great Ocean Front condo!!

Excellent condo, very well stocked kitchen, linen closets, and lots of toys/beach stuff, etc. and a short walk to pool/beach access. Pool setup is great for ole folks and grandkids. Separate wading pool very helpful keeping the little ones busy in a foot of water. AND maintenance staff does a great job keeping the Castle Reef complex looking good!!

The lockbox needs instruction on how to reset it when you replace the key, and someone should visit right before a tenant comes in if it hasn't been rented in awhile. There were sand, dead bugs and grass trimmings blown in under the door, and the patio seats were filthy. Other than that, everything was great! The shower drain was fixed since last year, and the rest of the house was clean. The view is to die for! Will be back next year!

Very nice place, quiet stay, wonderful view! The only issue i experienced was the slow draining shower, but as i was only there a few days, i didn't bother the owner with it.

Love the property. We really enjoyed our stay nice oceanfront ground floor unit. You could just sit on the lanai and watch the ocean. Lots of good restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this unit

Excellent

Great condo on ground floor with excellent view of beach/ocean, and short walk to pool/ocean stairs. Very well stocked unit, lots of pans, towels, dishes, toys, beach stuff, etc... AND, very quick response from NSB Realty staff when fridge stopped working, fixed same day it was reported.

Love stay but cleaning need to be improved.

Enjoyed our stay but the unit floors needed to be mopped and stove top cleaned. Plus there was no cable TV.
