Country views with an ocean breeze just minutes to the historical Arroyo Grande Village, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Edna, Downtown San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly and too many wineries and breweries to list as close as 5 minutes away. Also, Paso Robles, Los Olivos & Solvang only a short 45 minute drive & make easy daytrips. This well appointed home has something for everyone. Enjoy a book in one of our many swings, savor a glass of wine or s'mores around the firepit or stargazing in the deck side spa under the dark country sky you are sure to find a spot to rejuvenate. There are also many spaces to enjoy the company of others. The game room is complete with 55" 4K smart TV, bar with mini fridge, regulation pool table, air hockey, foozeball, skee ball and enough games to get everyone involved. The family room's large inviting couch & 72" 4k smart TV is perfect for movie night or a game of charades with the whole gang.
The kitchen with bar and open dining and sitting room that flows well with the back deck with large outdoor table and lots of seating is where everyone ends up. The Deck has awnings that roll in and out for your sun/shade needs over the firepit and seating to keep the fun going. And the side deck is where the BBQ is along with a swing & a couple of chairs to relax or smoke outside.
* sand toys, volleyball, boogie board, ice chests, picnic baskets, yard games, board games, card games, puzzles, pantry items and a card table with extra chairs are just a few extras we have for you to make your stay more comfortable. And the owners/ operators are just a phone call away to assist with any issues so you can relax.

An amazing house for family or a group of friends! The game room was fantastic along with all the fun toys and back yard. The host was also very communicative and responsive to messages whenever we needed them. We especially enjoyed the s’mores kit and fire pit! Lovely property and a great weekend spent.

My group truly enjoyed our stay. The listing description and photos on the site were accurate and did not disappoint. Communication was smooth, check in was a breeze and the property had plenty of space for our party. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property overall. Backyard was spacious and fenced in, perfect for dogs to play and run around. The check-in process was very easy. The property had a lot of amenities for families (pool table, games, corn-hole, hot tub). The hosts were friendly and accommodating. 10 min drive from downtown. I would highly recommend.

Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and more. Unfortunately the icemaker stopped working. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay!

Hi Steven, we had the fridge checked out. It froze up due to the door being left ajar. Wish you had mentioned while you were here. It's all fixed.

Amazing place for families

Went with my family and friends and had an amazing time. The house was very nice with lots of amenities. We came back early from a planned day just so we could enjoy the house more.

Amazing location, great for family reunions, we enjoyed all the amenities including the hot tub and game rooms. Enjoyed great sunsets and almost saw the Falcon launch. The house is even better than in the pictures. The hosts have put a lot of effort making it enjoyable for all age groups with lots of kids games, swing set in the yard, game room for grownups, s'mores stocked for the guests. Our dog also had fun off leash on the fenced off yard. Would highly recommend this to anyone planning a visit to the area

Wonderful stay!

Although we had a short stay, we could have stayed here longer! The house and yard were spacious and comfortable. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were relaxed and felt right at home. The games were a definite plus for the 10 year old and the rest of us. Hosts were amazing to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for large groups!

My family had a short post-Christmas get away and the house was lovely. The entertainment spaces and kitchen were perfect and the Christmas tree was a nice touch for our gift exchange!

Great family getaway

House easily accommodated 2 families with 9 people. Plenty of space and activities for everyone. Nice location up on a hill and close to town, beaches, SLO. Owner was super responsive and considerate.

This is a wonderful family home with all the amenities. The kitchen is large and very well-equipped so that everyone can help with the cooking. The game room is a real bonus on rainy days. We used the piano to help us sing Christmas carols. The young kids loved running up and down the long hallway. The adults loved the hot tub at night. And Bethany even put up a decorated Christmas tree for us... such a wonderful gesture. Room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the holiday!
