Great location.

We loved the private location. We rented a golf cart for the week and were able to easily drive to Publix as well as the popular touristy spots near the end of Fort Myers Beach. The pool was perfect. The unit has everything you need. The owners quickly responded to questions.

Great Stay Near the Bea

Great stay in Fort Myers! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the beach. The area is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a peaceful getaway. Beautiful sunsets and easy access to great local restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent experience. Location is perfect. The only recommendation for future tenants is to take your own laundry products. We was also able to sè a Manate in the canal.

Loved our stay!

The location couldn't have been better! Just steps from the beach and close to dining and shopping. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a great stay.

The Mango

Located across the street from the beach and a mile to the downtown so we were able to walk. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the canal behind the property we watched the fish jumping and the birds. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place perfectly located. Canel has dolphons morher and baby , and a family of racoons drink from pool at night. Construction dust from ft myers beach is allot but expected they are rebuilding.

Ideal location. 5 minute walk to a less populated beach. Communication was great. Property was clean and exactly how it was listed. Off-street parking available. Will for sure rent again!

Fantastic Location, Big Pool, Steps to Beach

My wife and I enjoyed this space. Nice outdoor deck with canal views. It was beautiful to sit outside with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise. Big pool was a plus, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach really made it convenient to come back and forth when needed. Management was responsive with any questions I came across. We will be back to enjoy this wonderful space!

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. However, future guests at Tropical Shores need to know to bring toilet paper (I had one roll for a 10 day stay), shampoo, conditioner (there were not even little bottles for the first morning), coffee maker but NO coffee filters (brought coffee, but assumed there would be filters), no starter packages of laundry soap for the washer. I had to buy and entire bottle of laundry soap for one load. Finally, I think it would important to tell future renters that the code on the front door does not work unless you push a random button before entering the code.

Good, but Kind of Sad

Lived in Ft Myers for 22 Years. Lefy in 1996. Used to visit Sanibel yearly until 2020-COVID. Our 1st visit back. Sad, but looking forward to the progression in the years to come! Ft Myers Area is Strong!!!

The Mango

The unit was very nice.2 nice bedrooms ,beds were comfortable and the area is quiet.Quite a walk to Times Square but we didn't mind this .We chose this place because of the pool and was assured it would be ready after the hurricane,it wasn't .It took about 5 days into our holiday before it was ready ,we did get a partial refund because of this .We had a few issues but these were also dealt with .Make sure you take bug repellent if you like sitting out in the evening on the balcony .Over all we enjoyed our time here .

It’s a Dump

Cockroaches, ants, mold glass in parking space. Broken towel bar, broken toilet paper holder. Mold around bath and baseboards in bathroom. Walls all banged up. Disgusting. Refused to say there, we left!

Lynda, we appreciate your feedback. Please know we routinely spray for pest control. Florida unfortunately has a wide variety of bugs and we treat regularly to minimize pest issues. The lower units at this property were previously under construction and the minimal debris has since been removed. The broken items in the bathroom were due to a previous guest and have since been repaired. The mold is a false statement. We professionally inspect this property frequently and have not received one notice regarding mold. We have had multiple guests for over 4 months and none have had the issues you claim to have experienced. Thank you.

Great location

This is a very typical older beach town property. It's dated and worn but it is only a 1/2 mile to Times Square, a very short walk to the beautiful beach, and has a nice pool. It's basically what you would get at this price point at this location. The two bedroom upstairs unit was roomy enough for 4 people but the bathroom is small. The pull out sofa is not a good bed option for adults unless some type of mattress topper can be obtained. They provided nice linens and plenty of nice towels, including pool towels. The pool is a good size but there were very few lounge chairs to share across all of the units, however, plenty of other chairs were available. Air Cond worked great and all rooms had ceiling fans. The sliding door to the balcony deck is difficult to open and close and would not lock. Although the neighborhood was and quiet and felt very safe, I would check to be sure this is fixed before renting. The in-unit small washer worked fine but not the dryer, however there is a full size set in the common area on the first floor that worked well. I did report all issues directly to the management company and hopefully they are addressed, because I really liked this property location.
