Very nice and clean accommodations with plenty of room for 5 adults. Good beds with nice bathrooms and one bathroom is attached to each room. Bonus was a Peloton bike in a garage that's been converted to a workout space that also includes a sauna (not used given the hot weather outside during our visit). Rooms are a bit warm upstairs during the heat of summer despite the air working reasonably well, but are well sound-insulated and very quiet. Main room is spacious with plenty of seating and a well-accommodated kitchen that includes niceties like coffee filters that aren't often available in other rentals. Internet connectivity was subpar and we ended up mostly not using it, relying on mobile service instead that is quite good on T-Mobile in that area. Good location gives easy drive access to downtown and other neighborhoods. Walking to good coffee in the morning is very doable. Easy to park, even without an available garage. Overall, a nice place that I would generally recommend.

This was a great location for visiting our son at Belmont. The property was clean and functional for our needs. Communication with the property managers was excellent - they were very responsive and willing to help with anything. Location is walking distance to 12 South shopping/food district and as mentioned, a short walk to the beautiful Belmont campus. I would definitely stay here again!

The hosts went above and beyond for a special occasion that we were celebrating. The townhouse was close to a lot of activities that were within walking distance …such as midtown, music row , Belmont house , 12 south and other small towns, plus a small drive to broadway. The house was located near a busy road but we got past that since the house was located in a convenient area. Thanks to the team!
