The condo was just as described. Was very clean and nicely decorated. The only issues we had were that the wristbands were not provided to us until mid-day the day after we checked in, and the gate code provided to us wasn't correct so we had to wait for someone to open the gate back to the property before we could get back in from the beach. Other than that it was a great stay.

Tbh, there’s mold throughout the vents that caused itchy throat towards my family. There was still sand in couches as we arrived, batteries in the remote that were out. There was mold on the shower curtains and overall it’s just not the same as it once was ran.

great place to stay

Very clean and in a good location. Yes room did show a little wear from the years but nothing serious and the room was very clean. The view was great. I loved the fact that the entire property was gated so no worries about security. I would stay here again and I would recommend it.

Great time in Panama City Beach!

We loved our trip to Panama City Beach. The condo was great! Clean, fully stocked kitchen, large porch overlooking beach with amazing views and perfect location! Close to everything! Thank you! We will definitely be back and stay here again!

Excellent and clean

Enjoyed the condo very clean exactly like the photos. Close to the beach. We had no issues except the front bedroom door did not close. Great location. We would highly recommend.

Room was as advertised good location with private patio. Had an issue with the heat, but it was promptly corrected and service man was very nice

Fantastic Family Spot!

Our family had a blast! The space was exactly what we'd been looking for giving our kids separate beds and it had the perfect couch for family movie nights! The view was amazing and it was a nice little surprise to have beach toys already there so we didn't have to buy them. Thank you!!!

Nice Condo - Great Location - Won't Disappoint

Very nice unit on the 21st floor. Clean and well kept as you can ask for in a rental unit. Great location right on the beach with amazing ocean views from the large balcony. Check in was easy, very responsive. Highly recommend.

We loved our 4 weeks

We stayed 4 weeks at the condo and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very convenient, parking, access to beach, access to close by shopping and eating. We were able to walk to many places from this location whether by beach or street level. The view from the condo was awesome, we would recommend renting this condo. We plan on coming back to Panama City Beach again next year for a bit longer stay and will consider this property of course.

Unit is just as pretty in person as the pictures show. Property was well maintained. Loved having a designated parking spot and never waiting on the elevator.

Home away from home

Beautiful unit with all the comforts of home and more. Awesome beach view. Karen, the owner, was very responsive and answered all my questions. She also provided detailed info prior to my arrival. My first time using VRBO and I had an enjoyable vacation.

Great start to summer

The condo was perfect for our group. Response time for issues was great and everything was handled in a timely manor. Like how secure the building was. Was a great location and seemed to have adequate amenities for the number of units. Wait time for the elevators was very reasonable.

Perfect spot in PCB

Check in was hassle free, customer service was available within minutes for anything. Perfect location close to the beach and all things to do in PCB. My family felt relaxed in the roomy condo and enjoyed the view the balcony offered! We even got a perfect view of fireworks from there! It was nice to have the kitchen and counter area to prep meals. The beds and couch are comfortable plus the two restrooms makes it perfect for a family. Would give more stars if we could we will be back in the future!

We have stayed in this condo several times. We love the location, the view and the easy of getting in and out of the condo . I can say this time the condo wasnt quit as clean as it usually is and the mattress need replacing. But this condo is great in every other way. I would definitely recommend all the mattresses be replaced. Regardless this is still a great condo

Great view

Wonderful property right on the beach. Nice private balcony to relax and take in the great view. 5 mins away from Walmart and Publix. The beach was not crowded at any time even though the public beaches were packed. Overall cleanliness of the apartment can be improved. It would have been nice if the property included some beach chairs and an umbrella. Overall Great stay. I would definitely recommend!

Not Bike week friendly

Had our little 10’ trailer out of the way on top level and was made to move it or going to be towed. Cost me 50. One spa had no pumps, sauna didn’t work. Room was ok but needs some work here and there. Loved location. Price was good.
