Clean, well decorated and painted. Was nice that each room had its own climate control. Perfect location right on the beach with 5th floor views of the beach and sunrises. Great place to watch the dolphins play and the osprey hunt! Right next door to Waterman’s, arguably one of the best restaurants on the strip. Real Orange Crushes!

Overall, the location of the condo is perfect for spending the day on the beach. Beautiful sunrise, and great access to the boardwalk.Upon arrival, we noticed several things that were damaged or not clean as portrayed in the online photos. There are a lot of marks on the walls and damage from previous visitors. I thought the listing said washing machine, assuming it was in the condo, but it was a shared washer and dryer on each floor.The two main elevators for the 14 floor condominium complex were used by service workers and guests. Also, one of the elevators broke down and you couldn’t use it for days. It still wasn’t fixed by the time we left this caused quite a big backup of people waiting to use the elevator when coming back or going to the beach.Communication with the owner was timely.

This was a nice cozy stay, there is an issue with the windows. Prior to opening you can see the dust pile up on the screen. However, upon opening the window the amount of dust was unbearable. It was very thick. Now I do not think that this is due to the host but due to the house keepers not doing the full extent of their job. I will say that it will be beneficial for the owner to pop up and check on things to make sure that the house keepers are doing their job. There is dust pulled up on all windows along with the interior of the sliding door and around the perimeter of the fan. The ceiling could go for some dusting overall. Also, the lights flicker while in the shower of the master bedroom and the secondary bedrooms sheets were not clean. Underneath the sink in the kitchen does smell like hard water as well. Also, the raiser in the master bathroom is loose and the door for the closet in there is not on the hinge and just placed on the wall. The place has such great potential it just really needs a thorough cleaning and closer monitoring.

Great location, nice condo, very poor communication

Our stay was just OK. The location was fantastic. But everything was meant to nickel & dime you. Want to check in early, $75. Need an extra parking spot, not available. Go down the street and pay $28 a day. And don’t forget that you have to bring all of your own linens. The condo was suitable for a family of six. Other than the fact that our air conditioning was out for the first three days. We tried communicating it with the owner no avail. Finally the condo people got someone to come by.

The pool was out of order the entire stay because the pool operator quit and there was no way to chlorinate and disinfect the pool. The wifi did not work the entire stay, and the property manager falsely stated wifi was out city-wide. The entire building reeks of urine. The unit was a disgusting hovel. There were cracks the walls, one of the pictures fell off the wall in the middle of the night, waking us up and scaring us to death. The balcony had 1 chair on it so we couldn’t even sit outside in the mornings together and enjoy a cup of coffee. By the morning of our second day, I developed a rash on my arms. The host was totally unreachable as her phone was disconnected. This place should not be listed.

Wonderful location with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and surrounding shops and restaurants. Faith was a wonderful host and made the check in process a breeze. The location is great if you have kids, very short walk to nearby play area on the beach. Highly recommend!
