Escape the winter, come to OceanWalk in New Smyrna Beach at the No drive section of the beach. Toes in the sand, drink in your hand - repeat! You can catch sunrise on the beach and sunset from your balcony overlooking an estuary. And in between enjoy your home away from home in this beautifully decorated 2/2 with ground level garage parking and attention to detail throughout. Entry is easy with a digital door lock and added security of a Ring Doorbell/Camera. You'll sleep soundly in this split plan condo and enjoy the morning view of the estuary from your master bedroom in the new king bed. Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans, flat screen cable tv and firesticks. Dual vanities are in the main bathroom next to a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a new queen bed and two twins comfortably arranged. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in the family, as well as a toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, coffee pot and griddle. The dining room table seats six and there are puzzles and games galore for the family. And when you're ready to spend some time at the beach, use the beach wagon and the new crosswalk to OceanWalks private boardwalk to the 'no-drive' section of the beach. There are 6 chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler, beach bag, boogey board and soft top surfboard - everything you need to enjoy the beach. OceanWalk has two beautiful pools, grills at each pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, hot tub, a sauna and two gyms. Pickleball courts are just down the road in Bethune. Enjoy a shaded stroll on the boardwalk that runs along the estuary - its a birds paradise! Oceanwalk is close to restaurants and shopping and Canaveral National Seashore is less than a 10 minute drive or 4 miles south of the condo.

Relaxing & Peaceful

Loved this property at Oceanwalk! Building is conveniently located just one minute walk to the Rec 1 pool/tennis courts and two minute walk to Rec 2 pool/bocci court AND just a three minute walk to the ocean!! This is a very well appointed condo. The owner didn't forget a thing ... chairs, wagon, towels, bug spray! It's all here. The owner is extremely helpful and replies to questions or concerns promptly. Will stay at this condo in the future for sure!

Beautiful, spotless condo in a great location

We very much enjoyed our 3-night stay here. From the excellent communication and flexibility of the owner, to the cleanliness and condition of the condo to the great location with easy beach access, it was a wonderful place to stay while visiting New Smyrna Beach. Beds were comfortable, condo was spacious, property was quiet and safe. There were plenty of amenities like cups, plates, etc. Everything was in great shape and high quality. We would love to return again soon!

Beautiful vacation condo

The condo was clean, spacious, organized. Comfortable and just what we were looking for. My girlfriend loved the balcony for working on her laptop. (We were in Florida for work and she works from home). There is wifi which was huge for us to be able to work. The pool was refreshing. Close to the beach. We over all had an amazing time. Would definitely rent from Rhonda again. She went above and beyond to make sure it was welcoming and comfortable for us.
