Our villa offers 4 Themed Bedrooms (2 Master Suites) & 3 Full Bathrooms, a game room, and a screened in Pool with a Jacuzzi.
The space
Would you like to experience a tranquility and a stress-free vacation atmosphere? Do you like listening to the birds while sipping a cup of coffee outside the patio looking at the wide range of grass and plants outside the backyard? Do you like listening to the sounds of waterfalls from our hot tub in the morning? What makes this villa so special and unique is that you will feel like you are in a safe and relax place surrounded with beautiful trees and wide range of grass. You would be able to enjoy the quietness of the community after leaving the noisy and crowded themed parks or beaches. We are close to stores, restaurants and Posner Park outlet mall in Davenport.
The home is newly decorated with brand new mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, and quilts. The kitchen includes a toaster, coffee maker, blender. aroma digital rice cooker, slow cooker, sandwich maker, waffle maker, electric kettle, plastic dinnerware set perfect to use for kids, pot-pans, high quality plates, and silverware. All are brand new! We also provide salt and pepper, cooking oil and assorted spices. We have a game room with foosball table, arcade games and a brand-new air hockey table. We even provide pack n play crib, double stroller, and 2 wooden highchairs so you can travel light.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated and guarded community. Guests may ONLY access the community through the Guard House, located at 801 Bates Road, Haines City, FL 33844. Please be prepared to give your name, the address of the property you will be visiting, length of stay, and your driver's license or government issued photo identification. The guard will document your information and license plate number before allowing you access to the community, and will provide you with a temporary tag to place on the back of your rearview mirror. Each time you attempt to enter the community, guard will review your temporary tag and quickly permit you access as long as the tag is valid and not expired.
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a modern, guarded, gated community, located on US Highway 27, south of I-4 in Haines City, Florida, offering a variety of short-term/vacation rentals and year-round occupancy.
It's convenient location provides easy access to all the major attractions, including Walt Disney World, LegoLand, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, and Busch Gardens, as well as Orlando, Tampa, and Lakeland.
Incorporated in 2005, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake was originally developed with Mediterranean-style villas. In more recent years, new developers have introduced a more contemporary flair to the community, bringing a more eclectic feel. The general appearance and maintenance of the development is paramount, and all villas are maintained to ensure consistently high standards throughout.
