Our host, Brynja, was very responsive to any queries we had. The property's amenities, cleanliness, appearance and location were exceptional. Furthermore, the bed was very comfortable. On our next trip to Iceland, we will stay at this specific property.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself was clean, charming, and very comfortable.The host was excellent and made everything so easy. They responded promptly to our messages and were kind enough to let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely, convenient place to stay!

We enjoyed the apartment. Parking on the street is free and available. The furniture (bed & couch) are extremely comfortable and high end. Everything we needed in terms of cookware and dishes to prepare our own meals was available. I would say it’s a great location to stay if you have a rental car. We didn’t use the laundry but it was made available to us.

We enjoyed our stay in Reykjavik. The apartment was cozy and a welcoming place to return to at the end of the day after sightseeing. There was lots of room for the 2 of us.Great location! We got bus passes and we’re downtown in 10 minutes.Thank you for a special holiday for my daughter and me.

Apartment is situated just outside city in a beautiful neighborhhod and has easy access to main routes into the countryside. Owner is responsive and apartment has everything needed to cook and relax.

great spot near the city

very cozy spot close to the city center. About a 20-25 min walk to downtown core. Owner was easy to communicate with. Parking was also relatively easy. Would stay here again

Extra length of stay in Reykjavik

The property was the perfect size for me. It was clean and well equipped. It was walking distance to most of the attractions in the city.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, den and dining area located a half stair down from ground level. Was perfect for my adult son and me as a base for visiting the peninsula and points on the golden circle, especially the Meradalir eruption. A pleasant 1-2 km walk to downtown restaurants and window shopping. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The property is conveniently located to easily drive into the city, get to meeting spots for excursions and within walking distance to the Perlan museum. Plenty of street parking. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The shared laundry room is located within the building just outside the apartment. My husband and I were very happy with our choice!

Fantastic as advertised

Great central location. We had a car and could get quickly to anywhere. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very very good. Had everything we needed for meals. We encountered an issue with some renovation on the building but the host was very responsive and accommodating. She let us have an early check in which was very appreciated.

This apartment is in the lower level, but has a beautiful amount of light. It is wonderfully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. When you get to the apartment, realize the entrance is in the back of the building and the key box is up high on the door frame. We had a hard time finding this, but the owner was wonderful in helping us. The location is great. It is within walking distance of the Perla museum and near a major bus route that will take you straight into downtown.

Bryana’s apartment is clean and cozy. The place has everything that we needed. We are happy that we picked Bryjana’s apt.for our trip. The only recommendation we have is to add anti-slip rug underlay in the hallway to prevent from tripping and slipping. Thank you Bryjana.

comfortable and stylish

This apartment is lovely in every way. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped, and the whole place is very clean. Brynja's apartment is decorated in an eclectic style with a lot of character, which was an added treat! The location is far enough from the city center that it is peaceful, but close enough to walk almost anywhere you might want to go in Reykjavik. It is a rather compact and walkable city! Parking is easy and very close to the front door. Thank you Brynja for a terrific stay in your lovely home.

home away from home

Actually too comfortable that my partner & daughter just stayed in bed until late 😂 Brynja’s house is close to Bus station where we go for the bus tours and easy access to shops to buy necessities. The large sitting room and separate kitchen is complete and provided a warm welcoming house in our Iceland stay. The extra bed for the child is also much appreciated. will book again when we have another go at seeing the Northern Lights!! 😇
