Excellent selection of outdoor and indoor activities to choose from. The grandchildren LOVED the hammock, and the boys really enjoyed catching fish off the dock. Kitchen was very well stocked, the garage room was a plus. And the second refrigerator in the garage was very much appreciated. The labeling of everything was great, especially in the kitchen. Would recommend for a large family, especially with older children, lots of space for them!

Great communication with host. Looked clean, smelled fresh. Lots of sleeping spaces. Nicely stocked with essentials. Loved the extra touches provided such as coffee, basic cooking spices, foil and especially the drinking water. Grandkids enjoyed the outdoor toys and fire pit. Would stay again, for sure.

The best was the gradual slope to the water. The biggest bedroom was great with a king size bed. . One thing people should know is that two bathrooms were on the main level not upstairs where there are some bedrooms.. unfortunately the weather was very warm one day 90 something and we had a air-conditioning with fans not central air. They had to get that fixed and couldn’t get it done until after we left.. Many fans were supplied as well. . Our teenagers love the garage used as a game room. That was great.. It’s a nice lake.

We love staying here. We love the layout and how gracious the host is. This is our third time staying here, once in the summer with family/friends and twice in the winter with friends. We plan to come back next winter.

Great family vacation

This is the third year that our family has vacationed here. The house is clean and well stocked, the yard is great for family fun and the lake is perfect for water sports.

The cabin was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Love the bonus room in the garage. The view was awesome and the property is beautiful. The host were awesome and were very responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great get-away!

This is by far one of the favorite places our family has stayed. Very comfortable for a large family has plenty of space for people to go so you’re not all on top of each other. The garage that’s been converted to an extra space is an amazing bonus once the heaters were on for a few hours it perked right up and was perfect to have family game night done. The host was super communicative and gracious, and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful Host and Cabin

Rachel was communicative when it comes to questions, had a beautiful and well kept property and had easy to follow instructions for checking in and out. Would absolutely recommend!

What a wonderful place to spend time with family! Beautiful yard where we played lots of games. House had everything we needed including lots of beds for all the guests. Dog friendly was a big plus! We got big northerns right off the dock. Everyone had a great time.

Great Getaway

Our group really enjoyed our stay! Rachel's home is beautiful, peaceful and had everything we needed. I highly recommend if you are looking for a getaway not too far from the cities!
