Wonderful stay

Entire experience from the initial contact, to meeting the lovely cleaning staff as we were walking out the door 5 star!!!! WONDERFUL!!!

Great!

Condo was very well maintained and had a lot of great extras for kids like games, stuffed animals and bean bag chair. We appreciated the high quality paper towels and toilet paper as well. Interior matched the pictures exactly. Great location close to Disney, shopping and grocery stores. We’ve stayed in several different units on this same property and this one was by far the best. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice to stay in Orlando!

My family and I had great experience with this apartment. Everything was perfect, from the communication with the property’s owner that always answered my questions and needs, as well as the supplies offered in our stay and the comfort of the apartment. The location is just perfect to go to the Disney Parks and has everything you need around. Also there is a big pool to enjoy in the complex. I recommend 100% this property for your family vacations in Orlando.

Storey Lake

My wife and I were quite pleased with the condo. The furnishings were as pictured on the VRBO website. Amenities were quite adequate for our one month stay. Aside from an issue at check-in, which was eventually handled in an exemplary manner by the host, we experienced no iisues that detracted from our stay at the condo. The condo featured good sized rooms with each bedroon having walk-in closets and both bathrooms were adequately sized. The kitchen featured plenty of storage and had a nice sized island to make meal prep that much easier. Any communicatiobn with the host was responded to in a timely manner. I would like to give the condo and our stay an overall rating of 4.5 stars, deducting half a star due to issues at check-in. I would also like to give VRBO Customer Support zero stars for their atrocious communication with me at time of check-in.Granted they answered the phone within 2 minutes, as there ads state, however that doesn't do any good if there isn't anyone there willing or capable of assisting you with the issue at hand. I phoned their Customer Support number and was bouinced around between 6-7 people/departments. I would get cut off and have to call again and retell my issue on more than one occassion. There offer of assistance was less that satisfactory. Going forward I may end up using VRBO again,but it would be as a last resort and they certainly will not be the first vacation website I look to book future vacations. Overall I would recommend this condo.

Short but sweet stay! The home had everything we needed . It was nice and clean

When we arrived late at night we were unable to see the building number but we called the host and was able to get a call back withing minutes! Appreciated the quick response time
