We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Santa Rosa Beach. The promixity to the beach and pool, the gated complex and the first floor location were all perfect for our family. The one question we reached out to the host regarding was answered in a timely manner and resolved. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week at San Remo 30A! The condo was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location for our family vacation. Christie was an exceptional host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

I would love to keep this place a secret to myself! We have stayed at many places on the Emerald Coast and this wins my favorite of all time hands down. The gated property is tucked away in a private area for a small resort feel. No parking garage with front door parking was a game changer for our crew. The pool was right out our back porch and the beach was a breeze away on the boardwalk.The host was friendly and made it easy to communicate and stay in touch. The decor was eclectic with warm textures. It met all our 30A beach vacation needs and we will come back. We enjoyed everything about San Remo!

Our family arrived just as hurricane Isaias was leaving. The place is absolutely fantastic! It’s bigger than we even realized from pictures and my family of 6 never felt squished. The entire complex is quiet, the pool is huge and great and rarely busy, the hot tub is hot, the quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach was easy and the beach itself is never overly crowded. We searched for SO long to find something (we searched all over the panhandle debating and debating), we are SO happy we landed here. We actually loved being first floor (we have a wheelchair bound child) and while we didn’t have perfect ocean views that didn’t bother us one bit (we didn’t spend ample time inside anyways!) In fact accessing beach and pool were that much easier. Plenty of sand toys and beach gear. Also, we could walk easily to some restaurants (shunk gulley, perfect pig, gulf shack, pizza by the sea). We loved that we could drive over to seaside but honestly we are SO glad we didn’t stay in seaside. Too busy the week we went (fall break) and just not our every day scene. Not to mention the huge trek down major stairs to the beach was a turn off. However the area is super cute and fun to visit! Communication with the host was simple, easy and pleasant. We truly cannot wait to be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The host was very welcoming and shared recommendations around town for food, etc. We loved the location to pool and beach. We also loved the parking and privacy of the complex. Hidden gem!

Cozy and clean! All the amenities you could ask for. Parking right by front door made for easy unloading and loading car. Note that the top shelf in Left kitchen cabinet where blender is- loose and tips down. Short walk to the beach was perfect and we we enjoyed morning workouts in the gym! Coffee in the outdoor living area was private and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, it was a great trip and stay and we would consider booking here again. The host was friendly and communicative, and the highlight was definitely location and proximity to pool and beach. With 2 boys, we loved being on the first floor.Some of the things that made it just 4-star for me were the windows and lack of black out/light blocking shades. Between the early sunrise (master) and the additional bedrooms being off the condo walkway (bright exterior lights), it was very hard to get much sleep. Other notes- front door is very tricky to open, hallway bath shower needs refreshing, TV is hard to work, and oven takes a long time to cook (was really hoping for an air fryer). Other than that, would recommend.

This was our first stay and we loved this unit! It’s a great location and the unit is decorated so nicely with a lot of charming touches. It exceeded our expectations! Also, great job by the housekeeper. It was very clean! The kitchen is also extremely well equipped and all the beach equipment was such a nice bonus!

Amazing location!

Our condo stay was wonderful! Perfect location with a beautiful view of the pool and access straight to the beach. Christie was wonderful to work with, we will definitely be back!

A Thanksgiving Beach Trip to Remember

This thoughtfully designed condo at San Remo had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. I would highly recommend this spot the next time that you’re looking to relax and unplug by the water on Santa Rosa Beach.

Comfy stay!

It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and the host was super friendly. We loved our stay here! The walk to the beach was short and convenient. The condo also has beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and an 7nbrellato borrow

Perfect spot

The Blue Barrell is nestled in a perfect spot on the beach. We walked to restaurants every night and enjoyed biking the trails. You also can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Wonderful!

Great location

The condo was a great location and updated beautifully. It was perfect for our family which included teenagers and small kids. Steps away from the pool and a short walk to the beach on the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful with clear water and white sand. Our family had a great time and we will be back!

The most welcoming condo on the gulf

Amenities are top notch; perfect sized property and the condo had everything we could have needed for a family fun weekend. From the coffee makers to the serving platters- huge island for gathering. Everyone wants to come back again!
