This property was perfect! Lots of great outdoor space and we really enjoyed the pool table. East walk to the beach and into town. I would definitely book again.

We stayed here with a group of 4 women July 2026 for a few days and it was awesome ! Short walk to the beach , not a far walk to town either . House was huge , clean, comfortable ! Had everything you could possibly need and more . Beds were large and comfy , plenty of space and lots to do ! Huge games room behind the house , functional kitchen, lots of places to lounge outside as well. Highly recommend for families or large groups .

Just a superb get away for a family of all ages. Large, modern, spacious and well maintained, with every amenity in place. Walking distance to the beach or up to the town centre. So much fun to be had on the property. Pool table and downstairs lounge area. Fantastic ‘games centre’ out back….well heated and lit as required. Fire pit area, plus various character seating areas scattered throughout. Bedrooms are large and clean, bathrooms perfect for all. The Three Bears is so well done from top to bottom. There could be an in house challenge. How many bears can the kids find scattered, displayed, or pictured throughout the premises? So much fun.

We had a great stay at the 3 Bears Cabin! Property was beautiful: clean, spacious, well equipped. Lots of fun was had in the games room & we liked how close it was to the beach.The downtown was within walking distance as well, so we were as busy as we wanted to be. Definitely recommend for a large group staying in Invermere.

Three bears cabin was more than we could have asked for. The house is spacious and very well equipped. It was all we could have asked for and more. Both kids and adults alike really enjoyed the game room. Just three blocks away from the beach and close to downtown also made this an ideal place to stay.

Great Place!

We had a great stay at the 3 Beats Cabin! The cabin is beautiful and very well cared for. It is equipped with everything you will need from games to kitchen utensils- they have thought of everything! The property is on a quiet street and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Amazing with Everything you Need

This property is so well kept and equipped with everything you need; they have really thought about everything. The pool table in the basement was a great social hub for us. We look forward to coming back again.

Incredible cabin in heart of Invermere

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Right from when you walk in the door, you’l be amazed with this gem. It is equipped with everything you need. The entertainment options are amazing: pool table, separate games and entertainment space, board games, TV’s, and so much more!

Great Stay

This property has ALL the amenities. fully stocked kitchen comfortable beds. The games room was a miracle for the couple of bad weather days we had and kept the grandkids, ages 5 and 4 fully entertained for hours on end. Great quiet location close to everything, but far enough away to give you peace and quiet while sitting on the great back decks and relaxing.

3 Bears Was Great

We had a couple of issues but nothing that wasn’t addressed and solved quickly for us. The home was very clean and organized, the downside for us was the games room having electric heat instead of what we thought from the photos in a wood stove. The coffee make conked out on us the first morning but was very promptly replaced on December 24th. Lastly, my Mother slipped and fell on the ice in the driveway when they first arrived, this could have been disastrous and luckily it wasn’t. Again, the communication from the managers was stellar, the got sand down on the ice very quickly. Overall it was a really nice stay, very cozy and warm, a great Christmas experience for us and our family.
