What a wonderful property and great host. This was the perfect home for our annual beach/family reunion. The location is perfect, and the view from the rooftop terrace couldn't be beat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and has all of the things you need. We enjoyed the views from the decks and it is a quick walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO beach house! The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with excellent amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything we needed was readily available, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The owners were fantastic to work with. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, and they addressed any questions or minor issues quickly and efficiently.Most importantly, our family had an amazing time creating wonderful memories together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!

Amazing location to the beach and beautiful rooftop views. All the rooms were clean, had great natural lighting, and the house had great beach amenities to use. Walking to North End Cafe for coffee was a plus and it’s an easy walk or drive to the boardwalk. Great stay in a beautiful house!

I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place at Carolina Beach. Location, cleanliness, beach toys, beach towels, and everything you need for a wonderful time at the beach I give a 10. Only need to buy some food!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the bright, open living areas and the outdoor space. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great House, Great Hosts!

Our friend group had the best time staying here for the long weekend! Prime location, right across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars. House is very clean and has everything you’ll need…washer/dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. Rooftop is sweet, already plan on coming back next year!

Beautiful home with outstanding views of both the canal and ocean. Quick walk to the beach. Very easy communication with the owners and the house was immaculate when we checked in - definitely a 10!!!!

Great property

Our family stayed here for the 2nd time this year. The location is great as you can walk across the street to beach access. There are beautiful ocean and intracoastal waterway views. The house is well appointed and our large family gathering enjoyed the ample space. We are already planning our next stay at this property in 2025. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Home

We had a great time during our family beach week at this lovely home. Matt and Kristin were great hosts and were very responsive. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you could need and it's a great space for groups of people to play games and chat. There was plenty of sleeping space and the beds were comfortable with quality bed linens. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach across the street. The roof top deck was our favorite feature of the house!

Excellent Property

We could not of been more happy with this property! The property was immaculate and welcoming. The owner of the property was there before check in time to ensure everything was clean and ready for us. He also stayed in touch throughout the week, via text, making sure we didn’t need anything. We are so thankful that we got to stay at this property and are already planning for next year!
