This was a great property and centrally located, the only issue we had was there was not many places to eat at in this area, you had to drive to Kihei. It had great views and comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay, loved the balcony, view & the sea turtles. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was nicely equipped, we could have used one bigger frying pan. The only negative thing was no tv in the master bedroom. Overall we loved it & would stay again.

The property was clean and as advertised. The second day they needed to come into the unit to inspect something when doing so they broke the freezer door. They couldn't get anyone to fix it and the open door was beeping every 3 minutes and we couldn't sleep. The solution was for us to unplug the refrigerator. We had to toss for that we purchased(milk, tuna, meat). They did repair the freezer the next day. After buying more steaks the propane tank was empty. They couldn't get anyone to replace it until the next day. It was empty again. After a couple days of this we were informed that there was a propane tank stored in the unit. Seems like an odd place to keep one. My assumption is that the owner knows the tanks are always empty. It didn't matter because the cabinet that it was stored in was locked and we couldn't access the propane. The unit was, by far the best, in regards to kitchen supplies and utensils. The views were as advertised. The balcony was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. I was disappointed that the nobody ever offered any compensation for the inconveniences we experienced and the food that had to be tossed from no refrigeration. I would return but plan differently knowing some amenities may not be available

Thank you for the kind words about our kitchen supplies and the ocean-view balcony — that’s exactly the setup we aim for with morning coffee in mind. We also want future guests to have the full picture on the two issues mentioned. The unit had its annual dryer vent cleaning during this stay, which requires moving the refrigerator to reach the washer/dryer stack right next to it. That shifted the bottom drawer freezer out of alignment — not something that was apparent when our team was on-site, and not reported to us until later that evening. We had someone out the next morning to fix it. The propane tank for the grill is owned and maintained by the condo association, not Luxe Maui Properties. The resident manager confirmed the tank was full throughout the stay; the grill has posted instructions for lighting it and shutting it off properly after each use, and our team is always happy to walk guests through it by phone. We were never contacted about food needing to be thrown out — if we had been, we’d have made it right. If anything comes up during your stay, please reach our team directly, any time, so we can fix it on the spot. We’re all about making sure every stay here goes smoothly. — Ren, Luxe Maui Properties

Great vacation spot

Perfect unit for 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked. The ocean view was beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed seeing the turtles just off the lawn and the short walk to the beach. The location is convenient to Maalaea Harbor for excursions and Maui Harbor Shops for shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Such a great condo

This was our second trip to this area of Maui. It’s a great location if you enjoy walks along the water, to a nearby beach or to the small shopping/eating area up the road. It’s easy to hit the road in either direction. The condo is well equipped and I couldn’t think of anything they missed. We all slept very well, which is rare when I’m not at home. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come again!!

So relaxing we fell in love with Hawaii!

I love the property. Couldn’t figure out the dishwasher or coffee pot. So called the number for help with questions and he came right away and checked it out and educated us on how to use. We had everything we needed for our stay over thanksgiving provided. We cooked our thanksgiving meal there and celebrated my moms 85 birthday. 4adults and 2 teens stayed here very comfortably. We used the games provided and had a wonderful vacation.

Perfect Choice for our stay in Maui!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located in Maalaea, it was super easy to get to from the airport, and trips to Kihei and Lahaina and beyond were a breeze. Plus, our whale watching and sunset cruises departed from the harbor, which was a short walk from the condo. Now, onto the condo itself. First, the views from the second floor lanai are beautiful, peaceful and exhilarating at the same time. Morning coffee watching the sun rise over Haleakala brought serenity every morning. Then, as the sun rose, the view of the bay afforded multiple whale sightings every day. The condo itself was very nicely decorated, and the bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated. We were a group of five adults and the beds were super comfortable, including the credenza murphy bed. As a big man, I can tell you I slept like a baby on that thing! FYI there is a sleeper sofa too, so 6 adults could easily be accommodated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Josh, our agent, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and informative. I cannot recommend this condo highly enough! Stay here and you won't be sorry!
