Nice stay with a well kept pool and property. You will have your own covered parking spot which is close to your condo. Luggage cart and grocery carts make it easy to settle into your third floor condo. Close enough to walk to the beach although I rented a bike for the week. Close to shopping and restaurants as well. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location and condo. Lots of nice features. We especially liked that the host provided bikes, an umbrella, chairs and wagon to take to the beach!

Great location and we’ll kept property

Location was great, very close to the public beach access and the provided beach gear made it easy to get to and from the beach. Condo was clean and everything was easy to use.

The communications from the Host were appreciated. We had no questions and no problems. The condo was excellent and we look forward to returning in 2027 (if not sooner).

Beautiful condo in perfect location

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and well equipped (Kuerig, blender, washer/dryer, beach towels and chairs, wagon, etc…). The entire unit was tastefully decorated and well maintained. We would stay here again when we return to Marco Islan!

Marco Getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect. Very close to the beach and all the little shops. The 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 4. You still had a view of the sunset while outside on the balcony. We love Marco island and definitely will be staying here next time.

Washer was broken before we arrived. TV in living room does not have a clear Picture. Not big deal for me but NBA playoffs so important to spouse. Master TV had better picture but is obviously going out because Lines were goi g across and worse as week Went on. But overall love the property.

Perfect Vacation Stay

Reviewer Comments: My family arrived after midnight due to flight delays, it was very easy to find the lock box at the rental office to obtain the keys and information, returning the keys was very simple, walk into the rental office and leave the keys with an agent!The condo was spotless upon entering, and all necessary items were where they were supposed to be for easy access.The kitchen appliances and silverware are high end products and look new.The bathrooms are in fact updated and very clean, the closet space is huge! The beds and pillows were very comfortable.The location is excellent, a short walk to public beach access. 8 minutes from Publix and Dollar Tree, and 10-12 minutes from many popular restaurants. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and enjoyed eating in a couple of nights and having family movie night.It was an excellent experience, I would highly recommend staying at Essex S305.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great location to beach and in walking distance to around 4-5 places to eat. Will probably be back next year around the same time and will probably try to stay at same condo. Was able to check in a few hours early which was really nice since we arrived on the island around 10:30 am on a Friday. The lady we talked at the front desk at Harborview was really helpful and gave us a call whne we could check in.
