Seats 10, Freshly remodeled Only 5 min town or Walmart. 1 king bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1-Large room w 2 bunk beds & sleeper sofa. 3 bathrooms, Large Sunroom, 2 large decks one is covered with barrel bar table & TV. This home has plenty of space for your whole group and has no steps to the water. Relax on bed swing and enjoy fishing off the dock. Kayaks, Paddle board & fishing poles available. Twin Creeks Marina close. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Open floor plan with large kitchen and new appliances. Very quite and safe neighborhood great for biking or walks. Ping pong & Shuffle board table.
We have a 21’ Yamaha 115 HP, seats 10 Includes life jackets. Ski tube available for rent. Much cheaper & more convenient than renting from local marina. The boat will be there at the dock for your convenience . Inquire for pricing and details. Available from May-Oct only.

Great family spot

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our family and being able to rent the boat and have it at the dock was a huge bonus! We will be back!

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here with extended family. The recreation options were great for hanging around the house and we also rented the boat for even more fun. The rooms and common areas are great for a small group of family and friends. The host is very helpful for any question or recommendation.

In town for a family wedding

A lovely lakeside home! Well-stocked with plenty of room for a family gathering. Excellent communication with the owners and all of the information we needed for the house during our stay was provided in a book in the home! We loved staying here!

Beautiful lake house close to distilleries.

The 8 of us stayed here a few nights while in town visiting the distilleries. Not only was it a comfortable stay for all of us, it was also an awesome place to hang out in the evenings. The owner was easy to talk to and very accommodating.

Great family getaway

Owner is very responsive, accommodating and easy going. This was the 2nd time we have rented the place for Labor Day weekend. The street is quiet and you have water access it’s great!

Great house in a secluded neighborhood

Really enjoyed our stay, as did our 2 dogs. A very nice house in a quiet, secluded neighborhood; enjoyed watching the deer in the yard every evening. Randy was a very attentive host. We look forward to staying there again.

Very comfortable

We had a great stay, the weather did not cooperate so we spent more time inside than expected. Everything was very clean and our host was very responsive. If i am in the area again i would stay with them again for sure.

Great location, amenitites and host

Overall our stay was lovely. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. We had great views of the lake. Randy was so responsive, helpful and generous with use of his boat and jet ski. I would definitely recommend this location.

Nice Get Away

We planned a quick get away to Tim's Ford Lake. This was a nice, clean, and quiet place. The owner was very responsive to our questions and we certainly enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you'll need to enjoy yourself.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location- secluded and quiet neighborhood yet close to stores and restaurants. The home was very clean and beautifully renovated. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy various activities. Oactivities.

Excellent owners

I have to say the house was amazing. More than enough room for my family and me. The owners were great as well. The propane tank was out on the grill and owner reimbursed me for the exchange tank. We will definitely stay there again.

Great house!

We loved our stay! It was so easy to get to the house. Check in was a breeze. The accommodations were very nice! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy and the primary shower was a spa!! We loved getting to canoe on the lake. The sunset view from the back porch was incredible. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Great Lake Getaway!

My family rented the property with a couple of other families for a New Year’s getaway and had a great time. The location right on the lake was great for the kids (all under 10) to have a lot of fun even with the lake water being down. Property is close to town shops as well as Jack Daniels and Dickel Distilleries. Randy was a great host that communicated well and checked in to make sure our stay went well. Will definitely try to visit this place again in the future!

Perfect vacation for our family

Randy was readily available for any questions we had. Great host. Property was perfect for our family. Boat rental and extras were great. Kids said it was their favorite vaction even over the beach. I must agree. Hope to be back soon.

Very quiet & safe. Not a thru street neighbor hood so the only traffics we get is people that live or visit here.
