Our group had a great time in Sunriver. The house was perfect. Full furnished and clean. Great loction close to all the activities Sunrive offers. The host was very helpful, providing all the necessary information for our stay.

House was clean and perfect for our group. We forgot something and had to go back and called, they unlocked the door for us and we were able to get our forgotten items that we left in the house.

Great house

My family and some friends had a great time at this house! The rooms/beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the deck was delightful. It was perfect for two families of 4 with kids under 7.

Overall, the house was a comfortable fit for our group of four adults and two young children, and we had an enjoyable stay.Upon arrival, we noticed a few cleanliness issues, including hair in one of the bathrooms, dust on some furniture, and debris under the couch. This seemed more reflective of the cleaning service than the property itself.We were also disappointed to find that the upstairs area was not air-conditioned, which made it less comfortable during warmer parts of the day. The deck offered plenty of seating and was a great outdoor space, although it could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning, as we needed to wipe down the cushions before using them.That said, there were many positives. The downstairs living area was spacious and comfortable, and the included SHARC passes and bikes were wonderful amenities that added to our experience. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend the property to others looking for a family-friendly stay.

Great family getaway

Property was perfect. Bikes, SHARC PASSES, and hot tub made for plenty of activity options. Our 18 month old grandson thorouhly enjoyed the Burlet for the bike.

Great house for 2 families. Good location. Enjoyed the SHARC passes. Owner very responsive when we had an issue. Overall enjoyed the house and layout.

Family getaway

This was the second time we have rented this property and it was better than the first time! The surprise expansion of the deck was AMAZING!! The new living room furniture was so comfy and not sure if the carpet got replaced but it felt like new! There is plenty of room for multiple adults and kids. Our pup loved it too! The house sits on a quiet loop close to the Village, River walk, and Meadows Golf course. I would say the only think that could make this house that much better is a portable gate on the deck to keep your dog and young kids from wondering. We brought our portable metal dog pin and made our own and it worked just fine. Love this house and look forward to many more stays!

A pretty perfect home, except for the beds

We really enjoyed your SR home. First of all, we loved the location and proximity to the golf course, the biking paths, the Lodge and The Village. Ideal blend of privacy with proximity. The kitchen was supremely stocked -- everything and anything you would need to prepare meals. We also loved the basketball hoop and bikes. And the layout of your home was ideal for us: two bedrooms on the main level with two upstairs. Great spot except for the beds, which were either too springy or too firm, even with the mattress toppers. We just couldn't get a good-night's sleep. If the mattresses and box springs were upgraded, your place would be a "10", in our opinion. All in all, though, we really appreciated your home and our Spring Break stay.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property. We traveled with our kids and parents, and the house was spacious for all of us. Emily and the Sunset Lodging team were excellent communicators and worked with us when we needed help addressing an unexpected issue during our stay. They responded promptly, were easy to work with, and helped make the rest of our trip much less stressful.The kitchen was extremely well stocked—probably the most well-stocked kitchen we have experienced while renting. The house also has a lot of great amenities for families, including puzzles, games, and bikes. The Burley bike trailer was especially great for carting around our 21-month-old. The pack n' play, high chair, and baby gate were also very useful as we were happy not to have to bring our own. We appreciated the home's family-friendly amenities, convenient location, and the responsiveness of the owner and management team.

Great property for relaxing

The property was great and very comfortable for our party! Floors were a bit dirty, but not terrible. Sharc was crazy busy and air quality was awful -- to be expected in August, I guess. One thing that could be improved was the email check in had the address but not the proeprty number. It took a bit of sleuthing. Overall would definitly recommend.

Great location

My family and I really enjoyed this property. It was close to the Meadows Golf Course, The River trail (our favorite bike ride) and an easy bike ride to the Village. I think the best part about the property was that it is located on a loop. My 6 and 3 year old were able to ride their bikes around the loop of houses easily and I was able to see them from the front patio of the house. We will be booking this property for next year!

Superior Property

We were thrilled with our stay on Pioneer Lane. The home sleeps 10 with 8 private. The kitchen is well equipped; furniture and beds comfortable. A lovely home. Super hosts, very responsive.

A perfect vacation spot

We enjoyed Thanksgiving at this wonderful house. Perfect location and close to the bike path. The kitchen far surpassed our expectations. I wish my own kitchen was so well supplied. Each bedroom was nicely appointed and comfortable. Emily was really easy to work with. She answered my question very quickly. We hope to rent this house during the summer.
