We enjoyed this house so much. It’s near all the attractions. And walking to the Garden of the Gods for the sunrise was just perfect. I highly recommend Ashley and her beautiful home!

Beautiful ranch house with good maintenance and very easy to communicate with the host. Ashley was such an awesome host I have ever met. From the moment when I booked her cozy house until when I checked out, she did her best to make my family trip comfy and enjoyable. All my family have been touched by her detailed considerations to meet every single needs of all generation from my elderly mom to my little kid. Furthermore, the location could not be better to visit The Garden of Gods. I will definitely come back once I have another chance to travel Colorado Springs.

There were 4 adults and 4 children, aged 9, 7, 4, and 2, in our party. It was the perfect house for us to vacation in. Plenty of room inside, a fenced back yard, toys, books, room for a puzzle to be left out, and close enough to walk to a Garden of the Gods back entrance for hiking trails. We loved it!! Thank you for sharing your house with us. It was wonderful!! We hope to be able to come back sometime.

Very convenient location, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Stay was lovely for 3 generations of family! Minor complaint was squeaking floors!

House was very clean and in the perfect location! Loved that there was a stroller and a hiking carrier so we didn’t have to bring our own. Everything we needed was provided. The kids room was great! Variety of toys was perfect. We’d stay again! My kids wish this house was their own. They cried when we left.

The house is an excellent location to great activities and restaurants. You have everything you need for your stay, provided and labeled. Ashley takes care of everything you need. We felt it was our home away from home.

This house was centrally located and very comfortable and clean. Walk to gardens of the gods or take a short drive to it. Many restaurants available a very short drive away, including a supermarket.

Ashley is a fantastic host. She has paid great attention to the details and leaves nothing to chance.There are even labels on drawers so you don't have to guess. Excellent communication!House is very clean and great location. We'd definitely stay here again when we're in the area. If you don't stay here, you'll regret it!

Hands down one of the best VRBOs we’ve rented when it comes down to the overall experience. Location, comfort, well stocked home, communication, etc. We can’t wait to bring some of our family back for another visit, we see ourselves as repeat visitors for many years to come. Sunrise and sunset hikes through Garden of the Gods right out the front door, and accessibility to endless adventures nearby, truly a gem!

Ashley's house was the perfect fit for our family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids). The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful amenities that we've rarely seen in other vacation rentals. It truly felt like Ashley had anticipated every need. If you happened to forget something, chances are the house and Ashley has you covered.Ashley provided clear instructions, was friendly and welcoming, and responded promptly whenever we had a question. Our stay was comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. If we find ourselves back in Colorado, we wouldn't hesitate to book this rental again. Highly recommended!

The location is great and the host Ashley was amazing! Everything you could ask for is nearby and it is a great home base for Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs, Pike’s Peak, and Garden of the Gods…all are within 15 minutes!

The house was clean and very cozy. The host left the Christmas decorations up at our request. If you want to hike around Garden of the Gods this is your place, you walk 5 minutes down the road and you are on one of the trails. Host checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our time. If we are ever in Colorado Springs again we will definitely stay here.

Perfect Getaway

Owner was great and had useful advice on the area. Very clean and plenty of room and only a 2 block walk to the Garden of Gods. Perfect Getaway!

Welcome Retreat

Our trip was not for pleasure, so having this cozy, clean, comfortable retreat was a blessing. Great location! Good accommodations and excellent hosts! We're definitely coming back for a true vacation.

Garden of the Gods House

This property location & overall accommodation was excellent for families. The house is well appointed with all of the comforts of home. Ashley was an excellent host. I would highly recommend for those looking for a great home & location in Colorado Springs! It is walking distance to Garden of the Gods & a quick drive to many other attractions.

Ashley is extremely accommodating, with lots of little touches to make our stay comfortable. The house has lots of room and the location is great.
