Such a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Gail was an excellent host - very responsive. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house, it was perfect for our family event. Relaxing and a fabulous location. You can walk to the gathering place, just blocks away from Philbrook and Brookside. Thank you, it made for a nice week.

We had an amazing long weekend at the Villa. The house is so comfortable and perfect for our friends weekend. We barely left the pool all weekend. Everything was really convenient and the host provided everything we could have needed and then some. We had such a good time that we are hoping to come back next year!

This was, in my opinion, a very unique house and was really great. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do. My grandkids loved the pool. We loved the outside area around the pool. There is amazing space in and outside this house. The master bedroom is huge and amazing. So much charm and still all the amenities that you might need. The owner was great. Easy process to get there and to get access. The kitchen is great if you want to fix your own meals. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. We had 3 families (8 people) and it was super comfortable.

Great location near Gathering Place & easy access to brookside dining & shopping. The house is a bit choppy with all bedrooms upstairs. There are lots of little things that would be nice to know like not having use of the garages or the left driveway, the only freezer is in the basement, & the pool is much smaller than the how it appears in the photos. The floor & stairs are very loud & creeky when walking around. It also gets very warm when during the day when the AC cannot be below 72. The internet is very hit & miss so had to go offsite to work online or for zoom mtgs. It has plenty of outside seating on the pool deck which was great. Plenty of cookware & kitchen supplies which was really nice. Warm & welcoming host. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Fantastic location and a beautiful home. We were in town for Tulsa Tough and it worked perfectly for our group. Close to great food options and grocery stores including Whole Foods and Reasor’s a mile up the road. Plenty of space, comfortable accommodations, and the host was great to work with. The home was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

The home is in a lovely area and has been restored beautifully. It even had food and water dishes for your dog and a completely enclosed backyard. The kitchen has a big wonderful commercial stove and refrigerator for those who like to cook. They have everything you need. Also appreciated the water cooler.We enjoyed our stay very much. Gail is a Wonderful Host!

The house was well appointed, very clean, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. The host was super responsive and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay for a conference in Tulsa and would highly recommend this property!

Our stay here was superb! Gail is absolutely wonderful, truly a 5-star host. She was available to answer any questions, offer suggestions and provide insight on the house and area. The home and grounds are well maintained and stocked, a true home away from home. We have to cook our meals and can't eat out due to allergies, and we had everything we needed to do so. The kitchen, gas stove, and pots and pans made cooking fast and easy. Gail even provided snacks and local cookies for our rumbling tummies. The home is very charming, beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. I had some of the best sleep (comfy beds) while we were there (sheet thread count is probably 30,000, yes, they were that soft, LOL). The neighborhood is very charming, safe, and the homes are fun to look at as we took walks each day and even met some of the nice neighbors. The pool and porch area were pleasant to hang out at each day, and we enjoyed coffee in the morning under the pergola. SmartTV's let me keep in touch with sports and shows while we were away. The Formal Living and Den areas provided wonderful hangout and relaxing spaces.The location is excellent, close to the Philbrook Museum, The Gathering Place (park) and right down the street from grocery stores, restaurants and more. Just wish we had more time to explore. I can't recommend this place enough, it's TOP CLASS! Book it now before someone else does. We plan to stay here again, when we are back in Tulsa.

Beautiful, spacious, and warm home that is extremely well stocked. The location is absolutely amazing. It close to all the good restaurants/stores and just 1/2 mile from the Philbrook Museum of Art. The communication with the owner was terrific. Could not have been a better experience!

Wonderful place to stay

This is an outstanding place to stay. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood that is near the Gathering Place and places to eat. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The pool and outdoor space kept the grandkids occupied. I would highly recommend this place.

Family Celebration Weekend

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Close to points of interest you would want newcomers to Tulsa to visit: The Gathering Place, Philbrook Museum, downtown sights. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay.

Two Weeks in Tulsa

We had a great time staying at Gail's Tulsa house. The house was very clean, stocked with everything you'd need for a short-term stay, and in a great location. If we had a question, Gail was accessible and communicated back to us almost immediately. Great place, we will be back!
