The building can also be used for bicycle. golf club storage or whatever else you want protected with your own lock. After a hard day's work, come home and relax on the deck watching the sunset or sitting by the firepit watching the stars while listening to the crackle of the wood supplied by the landlord.
Located only 2 1/2 miles away, is the Historic downtown of Excelsior Springs; known back in the day for its healing waters. Downtown offers unique shops, restaurants, breweries and wine tasting rooms from the surrounding vineyards.
The house is minutes away from the main hospitals, Colleges, stadiums, state parks and amusement parks.
