This is a two unit home.We were fortunate that no one was sharing the other unit for our stay, cause I think the pool might be a little too small for two groups of people other than that , easy check-in , easy walk to the beach easy walk to the shops and the restaurants.

Beautiful pool are and lots of room to spread out. Property was very clean, and Adam was right on top of everything we had questions about. Conveniently located close to the main city center (walking distance) and beaches. Very comfortable.

Great location. Close to beach and village area. Unit on canal side faces road. Bring either regular coffee or kcups they have both machines. Market is walking distance for all your needs. Loved our stay.

Great trip to Siesta Key!

We very much enjoyed the home - the sleeping arrangement for six women and location of the home was perfect. We were a short walk away from the beach and the Village. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed our evenings on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Perfect place to stay for a girls weekend. The host was also very quick to respond during our stay.

Location was excellent, easy walk to the beach and the village. The host was great any time we messaged. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars was there were not enough towels and they were very thin and rough. We had to do laundry every night because we had just enough towels to shower. The washing machine was really loud and we couldn’t watch tv if it was on. Better quality paper products would have been appreciated but there was one roll of paper towels and enough toilet paper. The pool was nice and everything was very clean. Ac and ceiling fans kept the house cool and comfortable. The location was really perfect and parking was so easy.

Our stay at the Siesta Key beach house was absolutely incredible! The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the powdery white sand and turquoise waters that Siesta Key is famous for. The sunsets from the deck were breathtaking. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation—plenty of beach chairs, towels.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook when we didn’t feel like dining out. We especially appreciated the spacious layout, which gave everyone plenty of room to spread out while still having cozy spots to gather together. The private pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for evening swims after a day at the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was just a short drive or bike ride to Siesta Village for great.

Everyone had a good time. Just was not happy with it not being on the ground floor. One member has trouble climbing stair and was not expecting them.
