The Location:
Welcome to "Dew Be Salty" at Spring Lake! Spring Lake is a serene community with a park-like setting that offers the best of both worlds for the perfect getaway in Rehoboth Beach. Centrally located between downtown Rehoboth and Dewey Beach, this home is within 1 mile to the Ocean and beach access. Sand not your thing? The Community Pool is right around the corner (pool pass provided to guests)! Easy access to shops and dining across the street and just a quick car/bike ride to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. Like nature hikes? There is trail access to the Thompson Island Trail within the community that leads all the way to the Bay. Want to go shopping? The tax free outlets and shops on Rehoboth Ave are within 2 miles!
The Home:
Almost EVERYTHING in this home is BRAND NEW (2022). This home defines luxury and relaxation. With all new furniture and featuring many local artists' work, this is a place you will be sad to leave. Featuring 1 Bedroom with King Sized bed (New Helix Midnight Mattress 2022) and 1.5 baths with Quartz counters. The maximum occupancy is for 4 guests (brand new Queen sleeper sofa in the living room). Enjoy the pond views from the large balcony off the living room and dining room. Cushions for the hammock chair and patio furniture are provided in the laundry room. We want you to have a relaxing vacation so have appointed the home for maximum convenience!
There are 2 smart TVs in the home, 1 in the living room and the other in the bedroom. We do not provide cable TV but guests can login to streaming services.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, granite counters, live edge custom cedar breakfast bar, dishwasher, teapot, Stocked coffee/tea bar, Keurig coffee maker, full knife set, toaster, ice maker, cooking basics, spice rack, dishware & flatware, and ample cabinet space. There is an electric grill in front of the home that guests are welcome to use. Please clean after use.
GeneraL: Free WiFi, linens/towels/Beach Towels ARE INCLUDED, complimentary toiletries for guest use (shampoo, conditional, body wash), central heat & air conditioning, washer/dryer available, laundry detergent, hairdryer, keyless entry.
Guests will have access to the outside storage closet with 2 beach chairs. Please rinse off any sand and return after use.
We do provide STARTER amounts of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
Parking: 2 dedicated spaces (not directly next to each other), Bike racks are located in front of the condo building.
2 Community Pool Passes are provided for guest use (you only need one since it's not per person, just a fob to get you in and out). Guests are required to sign the Pool Release form. Please do not lose the passes or there will be a $125 fine per pass. The Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to the last Sunday in September. Hours are 8am to 8pm.
An outdoor shower is available in the community pool area.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.

- No events, parties, or unregistered guests permitted
- Children are welcome however the home is not child proofed.
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera, it does not look into interior spaces.
- NOTE: This property requires stairs and is located on the 2nd level
- The community regulations require all guests sign a rental agreement which will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We are the Milazzo family and have been coming to the Rehoboth Beach area multiple times a year ever since our son was born in 2014. We absolutely love the location and the amazing shopping and dining options. We knew this is a place that we would always want to visit and decided to make our dreams a Reality by buying a small place to call our own.

The location is amazing! So close to the beach yet located in a peaceful and quiet community with water views of the pond all year round.

The Community is very friendly and has a large Pool that guests can enjoy. The entrance to the Thompson Island Trail is located directly within Spring Lake and you can walk all the way down to the Bay. We have thoughtfully decorated the home with brand new furniture and curated artwork from the local artists in the area. If you fall in love with something, we are happy to share the artists information with you!
