Spent the week here in May with my 2 kids (20) the place was clean and so close to everything we walked to dinner most nights! The property was clean and well maintained, we didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was perfectly wonderful in the evenings.

Beautiful Property

The condo was beautiful. Plenty of room for a family of 7. We cooked many nights and the kitchen had all we needed. Pool was amazing and access to the beach was a breeze. We loved it!

Beautiful Views

The condo was perfect for our crew. We loved the view from the balcony. The resort had plenty of pools and hot tubs. The store downstairs had starbucks, which pleased my crew. We highly recommend this place.

Had an issue, but was resovled quickly.

It was as described. Had an issue with the dryer. Contacted the property manager. They sent a repairman. Nice property. We enjoyed our stay.

Majestic

Beach is very convenient and easy to get to. Pools are nice, or the 3 that I was able to find were nice. The elevators were extremely hot and had to wait forever to get one. When you finally do then it stops on so many floors for others waiting. I was soaked with sweat when we finally got off of them. The parking garage is across the street and not convenient at all. You had to go to floor 3 to get your luggage cart but could not park on floor 3 it was for owners. Our unit was very sandy and large rugs were filthy. Beds were not comfortable and squeaky. Other than garage, elevators and cleanliness it was great.

Wouldn't stay in this room again

The resort was nice, and I would stay at the resort again, but definitely not this unit The resort location is great, only downfall is the public access to the beach makes the beach VERY crowded at times. Our experience with the unit we stayed in: 1. The check-in process was easy with just texting/emailing us everything we needed, but the room wasn't ready for check in at 4pm like it was supposed to be. 2. There was five of us (two adults and three children) and there wasn't 1 night out of 8 that we all got hot showers. More nights than not several of us took cold showers. 3. Our room was HOT. We would turn down the thermostat and it would reset itself to 75 without us knowing or when we left the room. Towards the end of our stay, it would reset itself to 78. We stayed in the unit in June, so it was 90-100 degrees outside. We would return to our room, and you would sweat just sitting on the couch and watching TV. Called for help and someone came and couldn't figure it out and said a technician would need to come look at it, but no one ever did. 4. There wasn't a broom in the unit to sweep up the sand/dirt that would come in with you. I like to clean up after us, but that wasn't possible. With being hot in the unit, cold showers, and having to continue to reach out about the unit being hot it wasn't a relaxing vacation like I would have hoped. I wanted to be able to go on vacation and not have to deal with those types of things and just enjoy our time.

The hotel was nice and clean had issues with the door code but got it fixed had issues with other guess spitting and throwing food on us multiple times.. but the food drinks and condo it’s selfs was nice would go back

Great location, close to the beach.

Unloading was congested and a SLOW process. HOA wouldn’t allow us to park our Slingshot on the property which caused a dilemma for us. We still enjoyed our stay, but won’t choose this location again being that we like to take our Slingshot to the beach.
