My cozy St. Augustine Beach condo is a short walk to restaurants, nightlife, and the St. Augustine Pier & Splash Park! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach*, 5 minute drive to the St. Augustine Amphitheater and Anastasia State Park, and a 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. A prime location all around! (See reviews.) It will feel like your home away from home!

*Beginning March 2024, the beach is undergoing a renourishment project. As a result, the walking access to the beach at the end of our road is closed. You can still walk, but it's several blocks further. I am providing my guests with a pass to Anastasia State Park (just a 5 minute drive) so that you can access the beach there. The pass will be in the condo when you arrive and must be left when you depart. If it is lost or not left for the next guest, there will be a $125 charge so that I can replace it.

Cozy, clean and close to the beach

My husband and I, along with our adult daughter stayed at Phylis's place in St Augustine in late April of 2024. It is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. The photos don't do the condo justice, it's actually even nicer than it appears in the pictures and all the rooms are decorated in a tasteful beachy style. Phylis has given a lot of thought to how to make guests comfortable. Switches in the kitchen are labeled; the towels are fluffy and appear new; and the beds and pillows are very comfortable including the pull out couch. When we checked in, we were greeted with chocolates which we appreciated. The location is just what we were looking for...quiet, safe, near the beach and only a few minutes from Old Town St. Augustine. My only regret is that it was just for the weekend. If we are in the area again, I would definitely stay there. Thanks Phylis!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed the location of the condo to the beach, restaurants and the craft fair. I hope the beach access is open soon as we had to walk several blocks in order to get to the water and then it was very crowded with people on top of each other.

I live in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia with my husband, Ted. We have three grown daughters and seven amazing grandchildren! I've always loved the outdoors and the beach, and I love visiting our condo in St. Augustine as often as I can. I spent alot of time visiting family near St. Augustine and I was blessed in 2021 to be able to purchase this condo! I had a blast redecorating it and I'm happy to be able to share it with others when I'm not there. I've stocked it with everything I've ever wanted to have available to me in a vacation home, so hopefully you'll want for nothing when you are there!

It's all about location, right? You can easily walk to the beach and many restaurants from my condo. The beach is right next to Anastasia State Park, so there are no houses or hotels to the left when you get there. On your non-beach days, explore historic downtown St. Augustine, which is just a 10 minute drive from the condo.
