Hello, We are not false advertising. According to our notes, you reported the unit did not have a washer and dryer. There is a washer and dryer that is shared with the north side of this duplex. It is stated in the description. You also believed it was a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It is advertised as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. You exceeded the amount the unit sleeps and brought air mattresses. This review is false and should not be used for future guest recommendations. This guest is upset that we would not refund them for these issues.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with noise, parking, kitchen supplies, bedding, and check-in. Guest comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and we take your concerns seriously. We’ll be reviewing your notes about unit descriptions, amenities, and keyless entry options to improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.
