Exactly What We Needed

The condo was perfect for our week long stay while attending a dance competition there on the Edgewater property. The convenience of being so close to the competition made our stay more enjoyable and a time saver. I was worried about it being too small or the pullout bed not working for my taller kiddos, but the main living area and bedroom were quite spacious. The pull out sofa fit both kids (5’3 and 5’5”) comfortably as well. Thank you for being exactly what we needed during our stay.

We have been going to Edgewater Beach Resort 1-3 times per year for almost 40 years and this is the best villa we've stayed in. These days most companies buy the properties then do the minimum (if that) and rent them out, but Emerald Beach Properties has really made this a nice place to stay. The entire condo was turtle themed down to the smallest details. The California king bed was a really nice surprise since my wife and I are both over 6 feet tall and now we have decided to change ours at home. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. They also had the parking pass at the security gate so we could get in the property before we could get into the room if we wanted. We usually get there in the morning and hang out at the pool until the room is ready so this is a big plus, especially when we are there with the grandkids. We will be looking for Emerald Beach Properties first in the listings from now on when we book at EBR.As far as the resort goes, Edgewater Beach Resort was a wonderful place to stay with beautiful beaches and very family friendly. Even though this unit is in the far back corner of the property, the tram (8 person golf cart) was never more than a 5 minute wait to be taken straight to the beach when we called it with their new app. The food at the onsite restaurant Ocean's Bar & Grill has also improved greatly with their new Executive Chef. Thanks for the great long weekend away!

Across from the main buildings. Pools next door. Ocean across bridge with convenient golf cart shuttle's.
