We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Easier than ever!!

My first time dealing with VRBO and everything went smooth. From reservations to payment(s) to checkout. The property was GREAT!! Very accessible and in an area where the beach and other amenities are easy to get to. We enjoyed the pool and some BBQ while on the property. If going for a short stay or even a week, this is good pic!

Excellent Family vacation place to stay

Large pool on the property, clean. Small library for kids. The property is well-maintained with beautiful flowers and a garden. The apartment is well-equipped, and all that you need, you will find it. A lot of games - excellent for travel with kids of different ages. We enjoyed it so much and extended our stay. Will recommend without hesitation. Thank you for investing your energy and time in our comfort!

Nice Weekend Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property management company provided ample communication regarding check-in/out process and instructions for check-out requirements. Property was beautiful, clean and well-cared for with many beautiful plants creating a tropical feel. The condo itself was clean and generally well maintained.If staying for longer than a couple days, bring some basics like laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. since only starter supplies are provided.The master bedroom bed is comfortable, but the 2nd bedroom bed is a bit less comfortable, which was fine for the kids. Location to Whitecap Beach was convenient, right across the road to a parking lot for the beach. The walk to the beach does require crossing the street, but it is not an excessively busy street.Location is close to (within 1-1.5 miles, about 5-minute drive) to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, Dollar General, cart rental locations, etc. Was also only ~15 minutes to North Padre National Seashore park.

The size of the condo itself was perfect. The bedding in the bedrooms were not queen beds as advertised, instead they were fullsize beds barely fitting 2 people. That was disappointing. The TV’s didn’t work, but they did remedy that situation in time for the football game. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was refreshing. The grills were nice and clean. I’d stay here again. Access to the beach was easy, and the beach was clean with great waves for body surfing.
