A differenza di molti proprietari a Sugar Beach Resort, la nostra famiglia vive in Kihei e facciamo un punto di controllo del condominio prima del vostro arrivo per assicurarsi che sia in ottime condizioni.

Il nostro condominio è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per una fantastica vacanza:
• una cucina completamente attrezzata e molto pratica, comprese le spezie per la vostra comodità di cottura
• TV a schermo piatto da 49 'con accesso a Internet, con servizio via cavo e lettore Blu-ray DVD
• Internet wireless ad alta velocità gratuito
• chiamate interurbane gratuite ovunque negli Stati Uniti e in Canada
• un letto Ser-Perfect Sleeper cal-king-size (acquistato 2014) e un divano-letto queen-size di alta qualità, ognuno dotato di nuovi fogli di alta qualità con oltre 500 thread

Lo Sugar Beach Resort è un complesso fronte oceano ampiamente rinnovato, dove potrai rilassarti sugli splendidi giardini, fare un tuffo nella piscina riscaldata con acqua salata e nella jacuzzi o prendere il sole in spiaggia. Portare il binocolo e guardare magnifici balene megattere sfondamento (da dicembre a marzo).

Always a great time.

Always a great time. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Great beach, pool and grounds. Close enough to stores and restaurants yet, just far enough away, to be away from crowds. I have already booked my return.

Amazing as always!

I think this is the 6th time we have stayed in Sugar Beach 104 and it never disappoints! The best location, perfect amenities and Cara and Sig could not be better hosts. We will see you next year!!

Beautiful location in Kihei

The condo was equipped with all we needed to prepare our meals. Very close to the pool and the ocean was a bonus. The view from the pool deck and the lawn overlooks the beautiful ocean. Nice walk in the morning and you can go for a very long distance. The grills are the most awesome we have come across and you are looking over the ocean. Had a very nice stay and thanks Cara and Sig for letting us use one of your beautiful properties. H-

We had a great stay. The condo was very nice, just steps away from beach access, with all the necessary amenities and a very comfortable bed.The property is very well maintained.The only downside is the roosters, which start crowing at around 3-4a.m. and don’t stop until about 7 a.m., and they can be quite disruptive at night.

Free-roaming roosters are part of Maui and, unfortunately, outside of our control. That said, we have reached out to building management to see about trapping them.

The condo was a perfect base for our family trip to Maui. The location was so convenient to all the activities on the island. We loved being right on the beach, particularly being able to walk each morning to the bake shop to get fresh malasadas. The provided beach equipment was so helpful. The host was communicative and check in and out was easy. We will hopefully return!

It was our first time to hawaii and sugar beach was a great spot to stay, though we found ourselves driving to lots of other beaches for day trips.

Superb Sugar Beach Condo

Excellent condo in south Kihei. Modern, clean and well kitted out. Lovely complex and easy to reach the whole island from here. Good communication with the property manager. Throughly recommended.

Perfect Vacation

Sugar beach resort was wonderful. The condo was well cared for and was steps from the pool and beach. Need a snack? Walk 15 steps to Dina’s sandwich shop! Our 6 year old daughter made so many friends throughout our stay which made our vacation even more relaxing :) We will be back!

Great Condo on Maui

We had a great time at this condo. Nice pool, nice beach and great body boarding. It has all the everything you need and is on the bottom floor which was great. The inside of the condo was beautiful and had a lot of attention to details which made it feel like home. It was located close to stores, restuarants and all the major attractions. Would definity go back.

Vacay with family

This unit at Sugar Beach Resort is exactly what we needed. It was clean, well-stocked, remodeled, and full of appreciated details like boogie boards, books, chairs, a cooler, and laundry detergent. The walk to the hot tub, pool, and beach was short and eaay. We liked the little bar and sandwich restaurant on the property as well. The location was perfect for traveling different places and we didn't have to deal with lots of traffic or crowds. Cara, the rental manager, was helpful and always responded promptly when I reached out. We would definitely recommend this unit and will book again!

Family vacation at Sugar Beach #104

This was the perfect situation for me and my family of 4. We had an infant and toddler staying with us, so having a ground level unit was ideal moving about the property. Plenty of space in the living room for a travel crib and utilizing the pull out bed, when needed. Definitely recommend and will book this home again on our next trip.

Beautiful week in paradise!

We were so impressed by Cara’s responsiveness and hospitality. She accommodated us when our flights changed last minute. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, just as described in the listing. We loved being so close to the beach and met lots of very friendly people and young families. The bed was super comfy! Truly can’t find anything to complain about, simply a wonderful place to enjoy beautiful Maui!

Perfect spot in Kihei

The property was perfect for a mother & daughter vacation. So many beaches near by, easy access to explore the island and close to Kihei without being in the busiest part of town. The unit and property are very well maintained and equipped. Cara's communication and instructions were clear and easy. We would return in.the future.

First impression when walking in. I felt like I was home. Very cozy. The property is nice. Every morning there are workers cleaning which you know the property is well taken care off and a safe place. I definitely recommend it! I would book again in the future! Thank you Cara!

Updated, beautiful and clean!

We traveled here with family for on Maui for 1 week. We were so glad when we walked into our Condo to see how lovely it was set up. The bed was so comfortable and of course the views are just beautiful. The owners who are very accommodating . The grounds keepers do such a fantastic job of keeping the whole property looking outstanding. We look so forward to coming back as soon as we can .

thank you for the review! We are glad you had a great family vacation! This family rented several condos at Sugar Beach Resort. To be clear, our condo has a lovely view of the courtyard, but does not have the sweeping ocean view other front-row condos have. Our family loves soaking in the ocean view from the saltwater pool area.

Aloha! We are former West Coast dairy farmers who vacationed annually in sunny Kihei (South Maui) from 2004-2009. In 2010 we sold the farm and immigrated to Hawaii. We invested in four vacation rental condos that first year and have been vacation renting on Maui ever since. Cara grew up in Austria and is passionate about baked goods and coffee. She has a business degree from the University of Calgary, but left her budding big city career in 2001 to join Sig on his dairy farm along the West Coast. She is your main point of contact through the booking process, researching your stay (ask about her blog for trip ideas!) and communicating throughout your stay. Sig grew up in BC, Canada with a passion for dairy-farming. To this date he subscribes to dairy publications and enjoys going to trade shows, keeping up with advancements in the dairy industry. For many years our farm had one of the top-producing dairy herds in Western Canada working in close partnership with our animal nutritionist and veterinarian (no rBST). He brings his attention to detail and perfectionism to the condos and handles most of our maintenance needs (and all those remodels we’ve done over the years). He checks our condos prior to every check-in, ensuring they are in top condition from both a cleaning and maintenance standpoint. We hope to welcome you to Maui soon! We know you will enjoy your stay in any of our beautiful, well-appointed Maui oceanview condos.

We love the location of Sugar Beach Resort, especially that it is located right on the beach! We looked at many condos in this complex (at least 15), we love this condo's ground floor location, that you don't have to deal with elevators and long narrow hallways.

As local Kihei resident owners, we take pride in providing you with your home away from home! You may contact us directly during your stay, rather than dealing with a busy rental agency! We check the condo prior to each stay, tackling maintenance and doing extra cleaning prior to your arrival. We'd love to have you stay!
