We’re glad the condo was clean, accurately represented, and offered a beautiful view, but being locked out for more than three hours is completely unacceptable. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disruption this caused on your final night, and we are reviewing what happened so our team is better prepared to resolve access issues quickly. The elevator operation is managed by the resort’s HOA, but we understand it also affected your experience.
