Barefootin’ is a beautiful, oceanfront home that was in great condition and housed all of us comfortably for spring break! Rental company was quick to answer any questions and the owner actually came by while we were there. Would highly recommend! Great location to everything and you can’t beat the view!

Everything was amazing! We had an issue with the hot tub heating but it was fixed in a day or 2 and we were compensated. Everything was clean and the layout and supplied kitchen was great for our large family!

Family Vacation

This house was in a perfect location, lots of restaurants, golf, pickleball, shopping, etc. Coastal Carolina was wonderful to work with, speedy reply to any of our questions or concerns. Will plan on returning next year.

Great house! Well stocked, clean & comfortable. We needed two things and one phone call later, we were accommodated. I highly recommend Barefootin!

Beach & Pool Bliss

Our recent stay at "Barefootin" was fantastic, exceeding expectations! Direct Beach Access - A Dream Come True!The location is simply unbeatable. Having direct, easy access to the pristine beach was a huge highlight. We spent countless hours enjoying the soft sand, collecting seashells, and watching the waves. The beach felt private and uncrowded, allowing for truly peaceful mornings and stunning sunrise strolls. It was incredibly convenient to walk straight from the house to the ocean without any fuss.Sparkling Pool Oasis - Our Private Paradise!When we weren't at the beach, the private pool was our go-to spot. It was impeccably clean, a perfect temperature, and large enough for both leisurely dips and some fun splashing around. Billiards & Game Room - Unexpected Fun!The addition of a dedicated billiards table was an absolute game-changer for our evenings! It provided hours of friendly competition and laughter, adding an extra layer of fun to our stay. Comfort & Amenities Beyond Expectation: The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the living spaces were inviting. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.Activities: Close to multiple activities such as miniature golf, go karts, ice cream, donuts, golf, Wright Brothers memorial.

The house is huge but many steps into house, upstairs, down to pool, and out to beach.Rooms and bath are roomy, clean, attractive. The kitchen is well-appointed though there seems to be no non-stick pans. Which others didn't like but didn't bother me. My real beef was with the pool and outdoor seating, much of it appeared to have mold. The pool especially looked dirty because of mold on the bottom and sides. Whoever services the pool clearly doesn't deal with the mold. The water itself was kept clear except that we had wind during our stay which ended up in the pool, not from us tracking it in. It was nice not having to provide linens of which there was plenty. The washer/dryer was very helpful, too. It would be nice if the beach access was fixed up. After the steps to the beach end there was a deep, sandy path that was very difficult to navigate, especially when carrying beach umbrellas, etc. I had a lot of trouble getting back up to the steps when exiting the beach. The beach is close but that deep trench leading out to it was no fun. Overall the home was pretty nice and close to a lot of things. Just the mold and beach path could use addressing.
