This property was beautiful aged elegance. We loved the true character of the house that matches this area of Rochester. The location is great with great food and coffee shops within a short walk. Hosts were responsive and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This house was a dream to stay in, very tidy and much larger than we even imagined! Cheryl was quick to communicate, and we felt supported the whole time we were there. A beautiful location, within easy walking distance of local cafe's and restaurants. Make sure you walk by the local Frank Lloyd Wright house just 2 blocks away.

This was an amazing property and could not have gone smoother. Booked at last minute and was worried about communication with 1 day before trip, but no worries at all. This is a gorgeous historic mansion built in 1900, with original woodwork and floorplan, but updated with modern conveniences. Kitchen well appointed so you could cook almost anything. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Full size laundry room (bigger than mine at home) with supplies included. Bath also had toiletries in shower. I could picture this historic house would be great for a family reunion or a group visiting for the holidays. Ample parking, walking distance to activities on Park Ave. Will definitely book again the next time we need accommodations in Rochester. Only downside was limited electricity near beds to charge our electronics, but easily fixed with an extension cord.

Great walkable neighborhood

Really enjoyed walking the dog in the neighborhood around this house. Frank Lloyd Wright house is among the mansions and unique architecture of these houses. Great accommodations!

Family enjoyed stay in Park Avenue Mansion

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully preserved Mansion in a great location. My Grandson enjoyed learning to navigate stairs and playing hide n seek in the house. Would stay here again on our next trip home. Thank you for being an excellent host.

Our host Cheryl was extremely accommodating and communicative when we booked the home last minute. The property was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The house is only blocks away from amazing restaurants and close to everything you could want to do in Rochester. I would highly recommend it and will absolutely be coming back next time we visit.

I’m so pleased as was everyone else. We loved the house and all it had to offer. The neighborhood is so nice. The kitchen is a great size. The night life just down the street is amazing. We just loved the communication with the host. Always checked in on us always made sure we were okay. I’d give it a 10 out of 10. I’ll be back.

Amazing, spacious home!

We really enjoyed checking out all the beautiful little details throughout the place. Lots of cozy nooks, great dining spaces and living room. Great host, everything was clean and ready to go. Highly highly recommended!

Beautiful comfortable property! Walking distance to popular restaurants. As a result the nearby intersection can be busy on weekend evenings.

We all enjoyed our stay. We could walk all over town, great restaurants, just everything! We were also 5 minutes from our work location.The house is huge! It took me two days to find the bathroom on first floor and 3 days to find the laundry room. It was wonderful!

This property is perfect for a stay in Paris. We are a family of 6 traveling together and we have 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The apartment decor is lovely with beautiful parquet floors, molding and stunning windows. The air conditioning is a savior because we are visiting during a heat wave. The location is convenient with the metro right outside our door, a short walk to the Louvre and to the Seine. We had breakfast in the apartment everyday by bringing back croissants and coffee so everyone could eat and get ready at their own pace. The hosts were attentive and response to all communication. Check was in easy. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Paris.
