Renovated Lake Talquin Getaway!

Located on the Quincy/Gadsden County side, this amazing Lake House sits on the waterfront and is the perfect escape to relax, unwind and enjoy the lake!

This pet friendly home offers an open floor plan with one bedroom w/ Queen bed, kitchen, dining, and living room upstairs with amazing views of the lake. Downstairs has an additional living room space with tv, game table, 2 cozy bedrooms, washer/dryer and walk out access to the lake. Bathrooms are offered on both floors. Amenities include Wifi, cable tv, game table, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, 2 full baths and full kitchen.

Outdoor amenities include boat house with boat slip, outdoor living space, gas grill, kayak, canoe, fishing gear and more. There is a public boat ramp just minutes from the house.

This home is located 10 minutes from I-10 and Quincy, less than 30 minutes to Tallahassee and Doak Campbell stadium, less than an hour to beautiful Wakulla Springs and the Gulf Coast. The immediate area offers hiking, boating, water sports, swimming, canoeing, fishing, state and national parks and more.

Beautiful property that is well appointed. The view of the lake is stunning. Nice yard and boat dock. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

We stayed for a week with our 2 kids for spring break. It's a great place, with everything updated and all basic supplies provided! I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing time on the lake.

Spring Break Get Away

Beautifully remodeled lake house. House was clean and 1 hour early check in was accommodated. Fished from the dock and used the canoe. Great kitchen, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms clean. Recommend this home for a peaceful get away.

Birthday Get-a-way

What a beautiful relaxing weekend to celebrate with our daughter! The house was extremely comfortable and clean. The set up was perfect for family game night and relaxing on the dock. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful sunsets

Unfortunately too cold to fish as much as we wanted but able to get a 5 lb bass and a catfish. Will come back when warmer! Recommend bringing food to cook as 20-30 min to most restaurants. The house was decorated beautifully and the dock was great. Had everything we needed. We will be back!

Beautiful Home on the Lake!

Beautiful, newly remodeled home right on the lake. We spent a lot of time on the sprawling, partially civered dock fishing and sunbathing. The host was great and very accommodating. He answered within minutes to any message. Would 💯 stay again!

The property was absolutely AWESOME!!!. It had everything you could possibly need for yourself and even your pet. The host answered all questions literally within 5 minutes. We had AC problems at our home and he actually let us check in the same day we reserved and offered to let us drop off stuff before the cleaners arrived if necessary. You can catch a nice batch of fresh fish for dinner without the need of a boat, which we did. I have traveled often but never have I stayed in a place that is 150% more than what is promised. I will be staying again but hopefully not under same circumstances. Thank you again for making this experience a great memory that my family will cherish for years to come.

Would love to stay again

This was the perfect end to our long drive out west to see the Grand Canyon. We live in central Florida so this was the last stop on our way home. We stayed for four great nights, the water was beautiful, offerings amazing, and overall a wonderful memory. Would consider another stay!

Great place to stay when visiting Tallahassee

In town for student orientation at FSU. Great location to kick back and relax outside of Tallahassee. We enjoyed many hours of fishing and relaxing on the pier. The house has absolutely everything you need and very comfy and spacious. Would love to come back again.

Celebrating mothers 80th birthday. Beautiful home and views of lake. Great fishing spot for bass in front of dock. Owner very accommodating and easy to book with. We are from tallahasse amd dome living in Naples. Will definitely kerp this home on radar for future get togethers.

Perfect vacation home

It was just the two of us but this place is begging for a family retreat! The remodel has been so well done - no DIY shortcuts here! Plenty of room for kids and adults, great kitchen amenities and the lake is just lovely!

Great place to stay!

The house was great! The beds/bedrooms were perfect for what we needed (2 couples and a mom and daughter). We all loved hanging out on the sectional couch in the living room. Sunsets on the dock were amazing. We had no issues accessing or getting in to the property or the house. We will definitely keep this property in mind when looking for a place to stay in the Tallahassee area!

Great mini-family reunion

Had a wonderful stay with my parents, my 14-year-old son and his friend. Lots of dock fishing. Beautiful sunsets from the dock each night. Great community space upstairs to watch college football and eat together. Kids enjoyed the mini-pool table and having a place to hang out downstairs. Bug spray a must during the summer. We look forward to visiting again!
