Had a wonderful stay, house even better than pictures, superb location to walk into downtown or the beach. Lovely outdoor area with very clean pool. Very well stocked kitchen/bathrooms. Would highly recommend!

Amazing House!! This was the second time we stayed at this house and again it was an amazing time. Louise is wonderful there is not anything that was needed. The house is very clean and the pool is the perfect temperature. Very walkable to the beach and downtown area. We are already booked to come again. Thank you for a terrific week.

Always enjoy our stay

We have stayed at this home annually for several years. It is consistently clean and the view is spectacular. Louise always leaves us a special treat for our arrival as well.

Excellent Waterfront Choice

House is elegant. Owner was very easy to contact. We were looking for location and this home is a great location. It is easily walkable to the beach.

Incredible spot close to beach with tons of room!

Incredible spot to stay and accommodate 10 guests very comfortably. Beautiful sunsets, and great location with about an 8-10 min walk to beach/ 3 min drive. Close to a bunch of restaurants and great night life in the area. Would absolutely go again, the house and accommodations are exactly as expected. Thank you again!

House is exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive to issues. Very well appointed kitchen, lots of spices and basics on hand. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend the property.

Family vacation

House is Amazing

We stayed with friends at the house for a week. The inside has everything you will need, great for 10 people. The backyard pool area was so fun for all of us with such a beautiful view. Louise was so nice, available for any questions that I had. We will definitely stay at the house again. Also, a nice location to walk to the beach.

Another great stay

We’ve been coming back for years and love everything about this house. The location and house are special. We sit outside every evening to enjoy the sunsets. Each time we have visited we have new guests join us and to a person everyone loves the house. The homeowner has been great as well. We look forward to returning.

Family Gathering

We had 10 people in this lovely five bedroom house. There was plenty of room for all of us to be together or not to be together. The pool area was perfect! The house had everything we needed for a perfect week.

Great and quiet location

Kitchen and home was very clean, extremely well equipped for meal prep. I left some personables and the host shipped them immediately with a nice personal note. The view at the rear of the house is beautiful and relaxing.

Christmas Vacation

My family of 3 generations spent Christmas at Riviera Isles we had ages 8-66. The house was perfect for all of us. Enough room for everyone to spread out, kitchen has everything you need, the location is perfect. My teens fished, we enjoyed sitting in the sun and the beach. It is the perfect house to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine in!

Fabulous Location & Home!

The home is so spacious & has a spectacular water view. It is a WOW as soon as you walk in the front door! We had 8 adults, child & infant the house was perfect for us all! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Pool was great! Sitting outside at night was gorgeous! We had a wonderful time! We would definitely come back and stay. Louise was excellent & responsive, she left us treat basket, which was a nice surprise & one for the baby!

Very practical home with lots of room for a large family or group of friends. Strategically located.

This property is amazing with close proximity to the Beach, fine/casual Dining and Shopping. 50% surrounded by water, great views all around.This home had everything and offered group get-togethers of quiet time for individuals. Louise was sooooo accommodating. Worth every penny for the rental. Will most likely do this place again. Great home for hosting Family/Friends. The ground were very well maintained. My wife, 4 kids with their better halves and one grandson (17 months) had a great Family Vacation under one roof.

Wonderful Vacation Home in great location!

We recently returned from spending two weeks at Riviera Isles and we loved it. The house is very centrally located within walking distance to the beach and beautiful Las Olas. The layout of the house is very comfortable and owner's have supplied it with everything you need. The large island kitchen is very comfortable. Enjoying beautiful sunsets by the pool with family was truly special. (The only recommendation we can provide is for the TV's to be upgraded, especially the one in the great room, since it's small for larger groups.) Louise was extremely attentive. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Beautiful house!

Our family of 5 has rented many vacation houses throughout the US and Bermuda and we have pretty high standards. We recently stayed at this house and it exceeded our expectations. It is clean, beautifully designed and decorated but is also comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for family dinners and entertaining. There are plenty and linens and towels for all of the newly renovated bathrooms as well as the heated pool and beach. The location is great for people who want to be close enough to walk to the beach but far enough away from the strip to enjoy quiet evening barbeques. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale.

Great vacation home!

We had 8 adults for the week. This house was very clean and spacious and we never felt like we were in anyone’s space. It was stocked with the essentials, including toilet paper and paper towel towels, which we were not expecting. It was close to the grocery store, restaurants, the beach, the casino and much more (although Fort Lauderdale traffic was another story). The property is beautiful. The backyard felt like we were in a resort with the palm trees, pool and landscaping. We called Louise about the pool heater and she was there within minutes to turn it on. We all had a great time in this home and would definitely recommend it to other others.
