Comfortable

It was a bit different than expected with having to climb stairs to access, no balcony and distance to pool. We also question cleanliness of carpet as all of our feet/socks became dirty even after washing the tile floors

The property never claim to have elevator, balcony or close proximity to pool. Appreciate the critical comment and plan to this up with the cleaning company immediately.

Perfect Location

Our original rental was cancelled by host 5 days before our trip. We found Judy's condo and it turned out to be the best choice by far. It is ideally located to the Sanibel Causeway, local restaurants and attractions. The condo was quiet, gated and perfect in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Judy went above and beyond her host duties to be sure we had a fun, easy vacation. We would love to visit again soon.

Great location

Exactly as advertised, and location was extremely convenient. The place suited all our needs, and was appropriately priced. The host was extremely responsive. The community members we ran into were all very nice and quiet. I got a sense the community is trying to avoid short term renters and we had one instance where security questioned us for name, room and access badge to use the pool, but it wasn't a problem and we got through. We really enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for taking the time to write your review, it was a pleasure to have you and your family visit Fort Myers, enjoy having the little ones here. There is always lots to do and we are conveniently located to everything. Our community is proactive to keep everything nice / safe for everyone, hence the security guard during the day by pool, fitness center and at night patrolling the parking lots. I'm glad it wasn't too invasive.

Great stay

This property easily met all our expectations. The unit is spacious and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and everything worked great. The owner was very accommodating and went out of her way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The amenities within the complex are also very nice. The pool area was great & we never had any problems finding chairs poolside. The staff and fellow tenants were very friendly and helpful. We found the location of this property to be ideal. Groceries and many great restaurants are within walking distance. And other attractions (beaches, Sanibel, Hammond Stadium, downtown) are a short car ride or bicycle ride away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Nice community

Nice condo although it could use a little updating. Judy was great and a positive communicator. Centrally located to beaches and a wonderful pool at the community. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!

Perfect Location

The location was perfect to get to golf courses, Airport, Beaches, Restaruants and anywhere else in 30 min. or less. Very nice heated pool and hot tub 5 min. walk from condo.

Condo was fantastic

Overall the condo & location were great. It’s too bad some neighbors are more worried about who you are & make comments around the pool. Though I would stay here again as Judy was a wonderful host. Great location & close to FMB.

Comfortable condo

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We were vacationing with other family members staying in different locations and this condo was in the perfect location to be close to family, but give us some time to rest when needed. Condo was clean, cool and comfortable. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Amenities were very nice. Judy the owner was easy to work with, kind, and very good at giving us needed information. Would definitely stay here again when in Fort Myers!

Great condo

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great stay. The owner Judy was so kind, always available for anything we needed. Place was great location to shops food and beach. Pool at property was great too! Definitely looking forward to another trip.

Convenient & Cozy!

I cannot say enough great these about this location! From the moment we arrived it felt like home away from home, complete with all the amenities we needed for our vacation to be relaxing and stress free. Not only did the location feel safe, it was super convenient with a bunch of major stores within a few minutes drive and the Fort Myers beach a few minutes more! With two bedrooms and anjoining bathrooms, it allowed a group of girls just the right about of space and privacy. I’d highly recommend this vacation spot, I know where I’ll be looking to relax next time I head down south! 10/10 recommend

Stylish Condo - Gated Community

I had the opportunity to spend five days in in this beautiful unit and have to say it was a wonderful stay. Being new to the area the location itself is absolutely awesome. Close to everything and anything you might need or want .. shopping, restaurants, airport and most of all the BEACH including Sanibel and Captiva island. The grounds in the development are just as grand ... Pool, hot tub, fitness center .. Everything very clean and well kept. It's gated and well lighted so I always feel safe. The unit I stayed in was absolutely beautiful ... Clean, well kept and had everything in it I could possibly want or need. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to spend time in Ft Myers.. It was such a great choice I have since moved in to this development and have no regrets, you won't be disappointed .

This was a wonderful place to vacation,close to Fort Myers Beach, ,lots to do. We love it here.

This has been a wonderful stay for us here.We love the place and,it was as stated in the pictures.Lots of Restaurants,shopping & Beaches. There is a lot to do in Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding areas.The peoples here are great. We have made a lot of friends .It is very clean and the property is well taken care of. Judy was wonderful to deal with and talk to .Her place is great and we have been very Happy here.Once again Judy Thanks for letting us rent your wonderful condo.You have made our vacation a very happy experience. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Not far from sand between your toes!!

My family and I had a great time during our stay. As soon as we walked into the condo, we felt like we were on vacation with the lovely beach decor and bright colors. It was family friendly and the owner was very helpful and hospitable which made our stay even more comfortable. Such a convenient location, about 10 min from the beach, with a great grocery store right across the street, including several restaurants and Target within walking distance.

Great Location

We stayed in this condo during the month of February 2011 and found the condo was as described and very comfortable for a party of 4. The owner was very good to deal with and the condo is part of a complex where buildings and grounds are very well maintained. There is a community clubhouse with pool, exercise and game rooms. This condo is very located for access to shopping, restaurants, the beach, golf and generally visitng anywhere around Fort Myers and Naples. The condo has wireless internet and the comfort of air conditioning. Our home is Ontario Canada and the weather in Fort Myers in February was unbelievably good and we will be returning to stay much longer and for many more winters as a result of our exceptional experience during the month of February 2011.

Plenty of room

Property was clean and comfortable. I would highly recomend this property to anyone wanting to just get away. Grocery store, Walgreens, Target, Public Library all very close some within walking distance. Tanger oulet about 5 minutes away. Ft Meyers Beach about 5.5 miles but Ft Meyers Beach traffic at certain times of day can make this a time consuming trip.

Excellent Location and amenities

Gardens At Beachwalk is an excellent location where I enjoyed time over the past 3 years. The property is well maintained and upon arrival everything was tidy and organized. The location is great as it took less than five minutes to get to the beach and only about ten or so to the island of Sanibel and Captiva. Even when I wasn't out at the beaches, the pool and clubhouse at the community are excellent to spend the day relaxing at. The gym was great also. I would and have recommened this vacay spot to friends and family. The arrangements were very straight forward and hassle free. Thanks for a great time!

I highly reccommend this property. It was a fantastic place to stay.

The listing description is accurate regarding the location. The photos accurately reflect the appearance. The property is shiny clean and well maintained. It was very quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. I hope to stay here again. Target is just across the street from the property. A gas station adjoins the property. Fort Myers Beach is fabulous and nearby. Shopping, restaurants, dancing, and Sannibel Island are nearby. The swimming pool, hot tub, and workout room are excellent. The property has beautiful palm trees and the grounds are well kept and beautiful.

Paradise in Fort Myers

Jsu..........what can Sharon and I say but "paradise found". Your beautiful condo had all the amenities needed for a month long vacation. Beautifully situated....You were available to give us all the information needed for a peaceful vacation. This place is super. Close to Sanibel and Captiva.......unspoiled shelling Island beaches.Fabulous shopping and restaurants. Comfortable furniture. Thank you Jsu for making this vacation unforgettable.

This is a gated resort style community with pool, clubhouse, fitness center, close to everything, golf, restaurant, shopping, beaches, etc. We try to think of everything to make your stay pleasurable and are in the area should you have any questions or need anything.

Home away from Home

This was a great experience. We had everything thing we could possibly need in the rental. . As soon as we arrived to the condo we were ready to hit the town running, but once we settled in, we felt so at home that we just had to take that first day for some R&R. We explored that community and found this great club house/ pool area that we just could not pass up. Laid out, took a dip in the pool later the hot tub, which was great in the early evening... The location was great, we went to Sanibel island then Fort Myers beach in no time at all. Dinning was also really nice because we had lots of options all around us, plus a Publix across the street. All in all I can't wait to go back to Fort Myers for another vacation. I would most definitely be renting at Beach Walk again.
