Ciao, siamo Robin e John Hanley e vorremmo darvi il benvenuto nelle nostre Under the Gondola Guest Suites a Steamboat Springs! Originario dello stato di New York, ci siamo trasferiti a Chicago per 15 anni prima di visitare Steamboat e successivamente trasferirci qui 19 anni fa. Durante un viaggio di lavoro in Romania, John era piuttosto preso dal popolo rumeno e dalla difficile situazione della sua economia. Scoprì che il modo migliore per aiutarli era assumerli per i loro mestieri. Pertanto, questa proprietà è stata rifinita utilizzando marmo rumeno, legno di ciliegio europeo e ferro battuto, tutti realizzati a mano da singoli cittadini e villaggi.

La struttura si trova proprio sotto la gondola su Ski Trail Lane. La nostra scala posteriore riscaldata conduce giù dalla casa per attraversare solo la strada e sciare fino alla base della montagna. Ski-in è altrettanto semplice.

La Suite Gondola è collegata alla nostra residenza principale. Al vostro arrivo l'unità sarà pulita e fornita di asciugamani in abbondanza per il vostro uso. Ti viene fornita una chiave per la tua porta d'ingresso e l'unità viene nuovamente pulita dopo la tua partenza. 1 letto king size e 2 convertibili. Cucina completa, TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD.
Siamo cani e bambini. QUESTA È UNA CASA NON FUMATORI con connessione internet wireless in tutto. C'è una lavanderia in loco per l'uso dei nostri ospiti.
Viviamo nella parte principale della casa, offrendo 4 suite private per il noleggio notturno / settimanale. (Non esiste uno spazio di vita condiviso.) Un ambiente perfetto per un viaggio multi-famiglia, viaggiando insieme ma ognuno con una suite e un bagno privati. Siamo animali domestici steamboat. ce estremamente accogliente per i cani (scusate i gatti). C'è un cortile recintato in comune che circonda le nostre suite per gli ospiti. Attualmente, Steamboat / Hayden Airport HDN, offre un servizio non-stop per Houston e Denver. L'inverno porta molti più voli non-stop tra cui il nuovo servizio Jet Blue da Boston, Ft. Lauderdale e Long Beach, California!

Perfect location within ski/walking distance to gondola. Beautiful, pet friendly home with a yard, lovely views, and wonderful fireplaces. Easy access to dining and all the joys Steamboat has to offer.

Slopeside Perfection!

Robin's place is perfection in every way; it is comfortable, well-stocked, and has everything you would need or want. This is honestly the type of place you don't want to boast about too much because then it will always be booked when you want to stay there. It has every creature comfort imaginable, seriously Robin has thought of everything you might want. The property is so dog-friendly, is tucked away, but also feels close to the village. We skied every day and the access to the slopes is unmatched. We go to Steamboat every year and this is sure to be the place we book for every trip!

Winter wonderland underneath the gondola

Robin and John's property was absolutely heavenly! We were met by Robin as we drove up, and she warmly greeted us and personally showed us to our suite. When I opened the door, the suite was breathtaking for its beauty and layout. Interior design and furnishings were impeccable, functional, and very welcoming. It is always nice to receive what you paid for, but it is exceptionally pleasing to receive more than you had imagined! Our suite showed a classic and beautiful charm with real tiling work and unrivalled woodworking (fine cabinetry). The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed, all appliances worked, and the interior decorating (furniture, paintings, ornaments, etc.) were simply exquisite! I had numerous interactions with Robin, and each one was more pleasant than the previous. I want to note the beautiful fenced in yard, which was important to us since we had our 3 year-old Golden along. He was able to romp in the snow with a few other dogs without any fear on our part that our Golden would leave the property. I cannot say enough about this unbelievable find and memorable experience in the Steamboat Springs resort ski area. Also, there was assigned parking for each suite, so never a problem finding parking. Lastly, the other guests we met were so nice. One family, in particular, wanted us to schedule a return visit when they were there next year! We are forever grateful to Robin and John, and we sure hope to stay at their gorgeous property again.

Cozy with Great Ski Access

We enjoyed our stay in the Gondola Suite. Robin was very helpful and accommodating, the suite was comfortable and cozy, and it is easy to walk out to access the slopes and the walk back from the ski access point is also easy. ~5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and less than 10 minutes to a few breakfast spots, a brewery, and a burger place which made it easy to go downtown or grab food nearby. We had 4 adults and squeezed everyone in between the main bedroom and the pullout couches without running out of space. Great spot for a small group or a couple on a ski trip.

Ski Weekend

We had an amazing stay with Robin and John. The condo was super clean, equipped with everything we needed plus some. We even brought dogs and Robin and John thought of everything for them too! The location is a dream for skiing and super easy to walk to the slopes. We will definitely be staying again next time we’re in steamboat.

Nice apartment and close to slopes

The apartment was very comfortable and convenient to the slopes (just a very short walk to short in/out access trail). We did not rent a car, so we relied on the city busses to get into town (about 1/4 mile walk to the bus stop). Owners were very helpful with a few questions before we arrived and a few while we were in town. The sleeper sofa wasn't very comfortable. Overall it was a great place for the location and price.

Absolutely Ideal

John & Robyn we're the perfect hosts! The location is absolutely beautiful, it's right by the ski village and everything is very walkable. We are so thankful they allowed dogs as we had been struggling to find a place we could stay with our two pups. We had an absolutely wonderful time and honestly wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful accommodation

An absolutely stunning location and a very beautiful play to stay. Robin was such a wonderful host. She even met us at the door and welcomed us in. The place was very comfortable and Jasper (our dog) loved the big back yard space to room around in. Excellent location for amazing hikes and just a short drive to town. Wonderful visit, for both myself and my puppy

I had such a nice, relaxing stay. Check-in was a breeze, the unit clean, the owner available if I had any questions/needs. I worked remote mostly during the days, but my Siberian Husky was able to get out in the *massive* fenced in snow-filled backyard. Other guests also had dogs and they'd all go out there and run around. Truly, a really nice benefit for my pup when I couldn't run around with her myself. As for the unit, it was comfortable, as expected, easy to find things, secure, good wifi and made for a great base-camp for a couple weeks. It's literally a few hundred feed from where you can strap your skis on, too, so that made it easy for me to get out and enjoy the mountain. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Perfect place for the puppers and skiing

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. The backyard had plenty of room to let our two puppers run around. There were even some other dogs there for them to play with. The owner, Robin, was great. She was right there to answer any questions we may have had. The view from the master bedroom overlooking the gondola is incredible. The kitchen is fully stocked with a very nice oven. It is only about 100 ft walk to the slopes. With skis this is no problem as you’ll need to traverse a little way. With a snowboard you’ll be forced to walk a little extra. All in all, a great property.

Great location and relaxing

Robin and John are wonderful hosts. The property is beautiful. The fenced-in yard is an unbelievable amenity and the fact they are super dog friendly is incredible. The suite had everything we needed for a week stay. It was so nice meeting the other guests and watching all the dogs play together in the yard. Thank you Robin! We will definitely be back sooon!!
